Full cloaks and capes and hoods?

In my quest to get caught up on everything, I found the cape post and it reminded me of one of the things I most wanted to see in CoH: full cloaks. What if I want my character to be envoloped in a wrap-around cloak when standing still, and be visible when fighting or moving (like Raven from Teen Titans or a Jedi)? Has this been discussed before too (I didn't see it in a casual search).

Costume/Avatar Creator UI Elements

It's been suggested that there will be Sliders. Quite possibly LOTS of sliders, controlling many aspects of the character's form, before we even look at 'costume' elements. Having recently worked with a character creator, to modify my character in another game, I thought I'd post here with... observations. Perhaps requests?

Transparent body parts

Transparency has been asked for, idk if confirmed. But I'd like to extend it.

The option for costume pieces to be transparent would be cool. Say there's a ghost who occupies a real suit of armor; it's be cool to have the body transparent, but the armor opaque.

On the other end of the spectrum; hows the idea of turning body parts totally invisible? Having a headless knight or legless toons.

Course the issues with that would be clipping past costume pieces.

Unlockable Costume Sets / Account bound aesthetics

Something you have to earn throughout your playthrough of the game, like doing a max level group mission solo. Yes this excludes healers but make it available to every character you own so you can have your main grind out costumes for your alts. Personally I feel that all unlockable costume pieces should be account shared but I'm not exactly the paragon of a good business model.

Transformation / shape shifter power set?

Has this been theorized yet? It occurred to me that it would a really fun type of melee set, where a character could change his hands into hammers, blades, etc or melt into a puddle to dodge. Things like that.

Or in another direction, a set that would allow three or so different "beast" forms like wolf, bat, dragon or something with transformations allowing access to different powers, buffs, or animations.

Could be fun yes?

Remembering your old CoH/CoV characters

I'm feeling nostalgic about my old CoV characters. I had an energy melee stalker that was so much fun to play. So many hours of running through mobs in stealth, then teleporting my teammates right to objectives. I also miss my psychic dominator ^.^
What about everyone else? What power sets did your babies have?

In the pics below this is a full cloak. BUT this collar could fit a number of cloaks...so it ought to be a collar as it would work fine all by itself. And it is two toned...note the darker purple trim.

It's a cloak with a high neck collar, and it covers the shoulders. DON"T make this a shoulder piece! No. We want to add shoulder pieces ON TOP of this.

The neck and shoulder need to be seperate locations on the avatar.

In COH there were the same position.
So if you wanted a bow tie you could not use all the cool shoulder pieces.

Devs please say yes to this.
My big monster shoulder armor just won't look the same without a bow tie...

Cookies. My wife makes chocolate chip cookies from scratch...I'll bring them by, still warm and gooey from the oven! I'm not above bribery...
