I have to wait for 2nd chance and get in line after all of you. I don't get to play with the cool toys yet.
That said the devs have encouraged screen shots of your characters.

What I am looking for is a beauty contest. Poser can make some extraordinarily beautiful faces...BUT we are not using Poser. Pre-Gen faces might not be available with Issue Zero. So what I am looking for is faces that are gorgeous and the saves that created them. That way ALL the community can benefit from this contest.

Degree of Character Costume Freedom

Sup, everyone ! New to the community and I just want to know if I want to make my character's costume look similar to an established hero's costume, will that be possible ? Like, say I'm not too good at designing characters from scratch, could I take the general design from Superman or Wonder Wonder's costume and add my own touches on it ?

He gives a commercial at the beginning but that is the reality of You Tube anymore. The discussion is pretty good.
The conclusion is that form fitting fantasy armor would work just fine. He looks at the ridiculous cod pieces that were considered 'cool' at the time and makes a number of very good points.

How deeply can you plan via the Character Creator?

Will we be able to pre-plan all of our power choices from level one through character completion including all of the modifications (props, effects, etc)? That way when we gain new powers the "correct" vision for the character is just realized as we level.

Or will we have to run to the costume shop every time we get a new power to tweak it (or alter the entire concept because we couldn't pre-visualize during character creation)?

Exporting Characters as 3D Models?

Sorry if I am posting a repeat question or posting in the wrong spot. I did try to find the right place to ask this question. Well anyway, here it is! Would it be possible to export a created character as a 3D model, such as for the purposes of 3D printing?

Friend of mine showed me a picture from someone having some success in converting CoH character designs to his 3D printer, but I was curious about if CoT would have such a feature easily added or whatnot.
