Character "Races" in CoT?

Hello, everyone! Have you noticed how, in a lot of video games, you have the option of selecting different races for your characters in addition to the classes/skills they use? Races are often used to determine the inherent strengths and weaknesses of your character, in addition to their physical appearance and maybe also a few special abilities. Understandably, City of Titans has no intention on making aesthetics couple with stats and abilities, so demanding that "races" in CoT have exclusive designs isn't what I'm suggesting.

Build planner?

After recently rediscovering this forum I went on a stint making CoH builds on mids. Im wondering at what point in the process the devs are at in power creation and number balancing in CoT. When might we get a build planner or at least some numbers for ATs/powers/enhancements?

Obviously as ithe game's still has a ways to go in development there isnt anything concrete, but if some sort of planner was made, a la mids, perhaps that could help quicken the balancing process?

we have got to have a forum contest for best costume with whats available. winner gets bragging rights and a fabulous no-prize.
we will have spandex, armor bits, various textures like leather and chain mail.

Hmmm, question for the Devs. When the CC is open, will I be able to post my costumes on Deviant Art? it will be open to the public, right?

Blend

I know it may not seem like a real important color feature; however, I thought the blend option that transitioned one color to the second on a costume part was very effective. I had a character called Prism who was basically a rainbow starting red at the top and transitioning to purple at the boots. He had electrical powers a I made each power a different color of the spectrum. I also had a fire character Miss Match who started white at the mask and transitioned to yellow orange and finishing in red.

Customizable Emblems?

Someone may have asked this before but it's something I've wanted to know. Is it possible to make your own hero emblem to some extent? A Superheroes Emblem is just as important as the rest of his/her suit. Superman has his big S and The Flash has his lightning bolt on top a white circle. Some of my heroes I'm creating for COT might have some unique emblems. It's not likely that emblems will be fully customizable, but are you guys planning on any type of customization on emblems? When I was on DCUO They had various emblems but you could only customize the color.

Titan City Superhero Name Creator

When I played DCUO and Champions Online, one the hardest things to do in the Character creator was coming up with a cool superhero name. Many names I came up with were already taken so I spent sometimes almost an hour trying to come up with a name that was cool, wasn't taken, and didn't look like this: Example: XXQuantum5ManXX. To prevent the super naming nightmare from happening in COT, we all could work together to make up names so everyone can have a cool name for whatever kind of hero they want to be. NOTE! Don't put down a name you might want for your own character.

How to modernise costumes ?

It pleases or not. I think the job done is good but it take off some comics looking from the characters...

Do the costumes template will do the same ? could be find some "old" and "modern" costumes ?
what do you think about that ?

Ears, tails, and feral faces

I did a search, and couldn't find a thread in regard to this. Apologies if my search-fu is weak.

Ears -

Please do not tie animal ears to tails. There are plenty of Comic characters that have animal ears (real and costume) and no tails.
I am sure there are many people that would like quite a number of specific types of ears. My personal request would be ears that look similar to this:

Please allow animal ears with no human ears.
