Please read the current update for instructions on downloading the latest update. Players with Mac versions of the game will not be affected, but you will have a slightly longer wait for your version of the new maps. Please make a copy of your character folder before running the new update, just to make sure you don't lose any of your custom work.

It looks like we can give everyone a list of minimum specs for running City of Titans. Please keep in mind that this is 'for now' until we are able to add more graphics and other system refinements. Currently you will need :
Windows 10 or later required; no Intel integrated graphics like UHD, must have AMD or NVIDIA card or discrete chipset with 4Gb or more of VRAM
At least 16GB of main DRAM.
These stats may change as we continue to test.

In COH there were the same position.
So if you wanted a bow tie you could not use all the cool shoulder pieces.

Devs please say yes to this.
My big monster shoulder armor just won't look the same without a bow tie...

Er, I mean I wonder if it would add unnecessary overhead if we could have multiple items per "slot", or even do away with slots. It would probably be inefficient in the database.

The main reason we were told

The main reason we were told that we had to deal with things like this in CoH was that the body models had a limited number of "anchor points" to attach costume items to. This is why it was so hard for them to make things like wings/capes/tails/belts/backpacks all work together without stepping on each other.

From everything we've been told we will no longer have those kinds of limitations in CoT. At the very least even if there are still limits those limits are going to be much higher. The net effect is that we should be able to have most things like bow ties and shoulder items at the same time by default.

While I might not want a shoulder kitty, there would be other options I could be interestet in. The shoulder dragon is a good start, a snake would be great, ferrets, birds, maybe even an alien symbiont thing with too many eyes an weird tentacles.

A fun detail would be if they ran away or fall off, when you get defeatet and not sit calmly on your shoulders while you lie on the ground.

there are a ton of critters that could be placed on shoulders...including full grow cats! I would also like to see any shoulder pieces have the option to symmetrical or asymmetrical. there wear a few shoulder pieces from CoH I would have loved to have be represented on only one shoulder. if this is possible...how bout adding the ability to still put something on the other shoulder as well...

I hope this is true. Stop thinking in RPG terms of equipment slots on a paper doll and start thinking in terms of real clothing. Then you can have a bow tie and a necklace and glasses and goggles on your forehead and you can put on nylons and strappy heels and not have the nylon cut off at mid-calf.

On a more serious note, I always wanted a good chestpiece that covered the pectorals and shoulders only. Kind of like an armored shoulder harness but didn't drop down into the abdomen area. Never really found a good one in CoX. I hope one of the new item options has something like this even if its part of the chest category.

From one of their latest announcement it sounds like they won't have any explicit "slots" in regards to costume pieces but rather build a full costume by layering "normal" costume items on top of each other (like we would in RL).

Hello, word from the devs at last! Yes, shoulders and neck are separate. I've seen the colored graphs of our model slice showing all the different UV sections.These represent the areas we want to be able to handle individually and the neck and shoulders ARE separate.
