It's progressing so quickly that I'm not sure my schedule will allow me to keep up.

I think Misty would be covered under the precedent set by California v. Prototype 8-A-1[i] (1979) and similar cases.

I'm brainstorming a bit here. Figure there be some Magic department for the magically inclined students. That could create a magical charm/pendant for Misty so she more visible/solid. Misty originally was a dropout so would be enlisting as a student legally wise.
Of course someone would have to talk her into being a student again instead of just the local troublemaker.

Yeah, I see that now. The light's kinda giving a golden-wash over everything. Tweaked my monitor downa touch to make it look more normal to what it should be, and it's definitely a lot nicer. ((I crank up the saturation for those games that're super brown and grey tinged >.<))

It's almost as if most of the people who're active on the RP threads have work/school/whatever during the day in North America, and post more in the hours after that. Which makes it hard on those who have other schedules, especially those who're just starting off to work about the time others are finishing their commutes. /em Sympathy.

Think the idea is that Misty could use the spell on anyone she wants to talk to. Misty doesn't want to be alive again, just she's limited to communicating to Mediums or those with such spells.
