You now live out an 8th day of the week every week, during which time is effectively stopped for 24 hours and you can't have a meaningful interaction with anything you can't physically manipulate. Moving through the atmosphere also causes localized compression on the air in front of you wherever you go, and creates a vacuum behind you, which causes a bunch of supercavitation that eventually completely destroys your house. You also age normally during this time, which cuts out a portion of your life expectancy.
