Please read the current update for instructions on downloading the latest update. It looks like we can give everyone a list of minimum specs for running City of Titans. Please keep in mind that this is 'for now' until we are able to add more graphics and other system refinements. Currently you will need :
Windows 10 or later required; no Intel integrated graphics like UHD, must have AMD or NVIDIA card or discrete chipset with 4Gb or more of VRAM
At least 16GB of main DRAM.

I've poked through that comic before, it's actually pretty good.
Though the Titan 10 suit is far from that style of armor. It'll be more like one of these fellows:

I imagine that until some sort of proper storage area comes up, Winston (the pilot) stores the T-10 in a landfill / junkyard, probably the same place he gets most of his parts. Maybe underneath a pile of parts so its more incognito.

Another such mech could be inspiration is the XCOM Enemy within Mech units. The Pilot are amputees in this case.

The smaller mech might be easier, or perhaps multiple mech designs. I'm curious about his origin, you don't often find a large mech laying about.
I can so see Mar picking up something and walking out of the store without paying. After all he has no concept of such a thing as money.

Well, as the name might suggest, he's not the first.
The suit, Titan 10, was an old prototype left over from a project that aimed to create a set of mechanical exosuits dedicated to defending TC called the Titan Twelve. The first nine that were constructed were smaller, and despite being powerful, weren't much of a match for some of the more experienced super-villains of the city. As a result, the last three Titans, 10, 11, and 12, were planned out to be larger, more durable, and compatible with an AI called the paOS, or Pilot Assistance Operating System. The frame and internal systems of Titan 10 were completed, but after deeming the other Titans as performing below their expected standards, the funding was cut from the project, leaving Titan 10 uncompleted. To recover some of the costs, it was sold to a scrapyard to be smelted and eventually re-purposed.
As it tends to happen with some technical projects, some of the engineers that had worked on the Titan Twelve project for many years took home little souvenirs; promotional art, their favorite tools, worthless prototypes, and the like. One of the engineers, a man named Victor Newman, took home a prototype Locator Watch that was uncoupled with any of the Titans, keeping it on his mantle at home as a memento as he searched for a job with another laboratory.
His son, Winston Newman, was a prodigious kid born with a mutation that granted him a higher amount of neural connections in the brain, coupled with unique neuron wiring, allowing for super intelligence. However, his intelligence came at a cost: a secondary effect of the gene resulted in the rapid deterioration of his nervous system, leaving Winston paralyzed from his waist down by only ten years old. Since his nerves were deteriorating, robotic replacement was not an option, and as a result, Winston's father signed on to a laboratory for biological research, hoping that they would one day find a way to reverse his son's condition.
Though only a toddler when the Titan Twelve project was shut down, Winston always wondered what the watch-like device on his father's mantle was supposed to be. Years later, at 13, While his mother and father were at work one afternoon, the paOS within Titan 10 sent out a ping designed to reach any functional Locator Watches in a desperate attempt to locate a User. Answering the call out of sheer curiosity, Winston followed the signal back to a scrapyard, where Titan 10 and its paOS unit were about to be smelted. After saving the unit by reactivating it just in time for it to force its way out of the smelter, the two decided to form a partnership; Titan 10's paOS desperately wanted to fulfill the purpose that it had been programmed for, and after a bit of sprucing up and repair work, Winston was going to help it do just that. In return, although they were neither expected nor permanent, for a few hours each day, Winston would have a brand new pair of legs.

That is a very interesting origin story! I like it a lot, and makes a lot of sense!
So, how about possible ways into the wanderers? Using the tech he's got Winston would be a very powerful hero! There's certainly a lot going on in Ironport that he could handle or get into, maybe you could introduce him sort of how Steamtank has been going about bringing Aoi into the RP, wandering around either lost or just trying to take out threats he can, or simply playing with his new mobility, invariably any lone hero is going to need help, especially with the disabilities Winston's got to deal with, he may need help repairing Titan 10.
Though if that doesn't suit your preferences, there could also be a long and drawn out situation between the group and Titan 10, where he pulls their butts out of the fire, or vice verse, gets help and gives help back and forth for awhile until there's actual need or want to get involved. Just throwing out ideas though.

I'm going to be gone for about a week, family thing in colorado. Probably can't post at all T.T I'll be gone from Saturday to possibly the next sunday.
Okay some of the things I'm thinking about for Mar. He has an almost photographic muscle memory. So when he picks up physical activities nearly instantly that or he something like the Task Master and able to duplicate fight styles by sight. He also has the Spider sense face it we all know what that is by now/ super fast reflexes explained by his body having strong sensory cells in his skin aka he can feel the world around him much sharper then we can. Technically intelligence is higher then a normal human, he lacks experience and knowledge to put that into effect. He also has enhanced body awareness Proprioception. If your not sure what that is close your eyes and touch your ear, nose, lips and belly button. You know were those body parts are with out seeing them. That's Proprioception hence why he could be doing cat's cradle with his webbing earlier with out looking at it.

Agreed, I try to handle posting in sort of an 'instance for instance' manner, Kujo and Crow can keep posting since they aren't really interacting with anyone but the crazies and eachother, Toby and Kami can keep posting as long as someone else has posted, and so on.
Though initially I intended Kindra to be somewhere else, I was woefully unspecific about her location, and with the two Terry's is as good as any place else for her.
Looks like my post here apologizing for the multiple copy posts on the IC thread didn't actually post. Lousy connection on my wireless here. Anyway, the extra posts are deleted now. ^_^

most of the thugs would be running out of the scrapyard at this point D-pad. so basically stampeding towards your character. Arch is my AAA rank hero. For power reference Melody is like a low A and Aoi is a mid B.
Arch is just completely apathetic to most things, hense his lack of arresting said stampede.

Just a quick question, how long until we neutralize all the inmates? I imagine most of them were killed in the opening moments of the outbreak and a few other hero groups should have shown up by now, or is there a TARDIS-level of storage capacity in the asylum?

Haha, no. It is mostly quelled by now, with a few stragglers being detained inside and those outside the asylum of course. Then again, being Titan City it is still a sizable enough group to still deal with, the violent ones anyway.

I doubt they'd try. As long as he seemed to be breathing. normally, they'd probably just watch him. Which would make it more difficult for someone to do something to hurt him, assuming they could get past the armor. ^_^

If your current device won't let you cut&paste "Skjótfœri", the semi-phonetic "Skiotfaery" will do ^_^ Also, she went off to help gather the wounded, and is currently considering picking up Terrance who has fallen asleep. Being asleep in the open in a combat zone seems to her like a bad idea.
