Started playing CoH about the time it went F2P, and stuck around until the end.
I settled into to two 'main' toons, Unknown WhoDat (Katana/Regen Scrapper) and Talsor Stellarum (Peacebringer, and if you joined any of the Talsorian Guard's weekly Mothership Raids you probably saw him).

I've been excited to see where this goes since the talk of a 'Phoenix Project' surfaced, and doubly so now given how the kickstarter has been doing thus far.

SO YA! I'm a crazy person, but don't take this as an ego trip. Also, I'm a writer and I'd be fine with giving my stuff for free if you guys ever need any mission arcs, locations, or just characters to add in.

Hi, I'm Rayne, known in places as Rayne Squirrel, Nachtkat and Sinopia Squirrel. I started on Virtue of CoH in early 2010, after listening to The Cape for some time. I hope good things come from this game, I've liked what I've read about it so far. :)

Hello everyone! I've been lurking around and thought I'd finally make myself known. I played from about 2004 onward. I started out on Protector server and moved to Virtue a couple months later. It's great to see an assembly of players like this in one place again :)

I'm Bear (was [b]@ Bear[/b]). I started playing CoH in beta and kept my sub up to the end. I will never forget the first time I logged in. The theme song. A member of my supergroup from the boards who was able to pick me out in the first 5 minutes because the character creator was just that good. Hope to have that experience again.

Some of my CoH characters of note: [b]der Bear[/b] on Justice (someone scooped my reserved name! lol). Also [b]Salvatore[/b] and [b]The Paragon Parody[/b]. Red side: [b]Kodiak Black[/b], [b]Fluffi Bunni[/b].

A shout out to my supergroup, the Paragons of Justice (Glacial, Greymist, Blue, Sabercat (come on back, bro!), Bioblast, Ramplate, Laraine, Map, Lost-in-Spaced, Apoc, Magnate, Nightengale, Havok, et al.)... an "over 25" (most of us more than that) laid back group. We're [url=www.paragonsofjustice.org]still around[/url] and keeping up the friendships we first made in CoH. Awesome ain't it? When this game gets going I have no doubt we'll be there to help save it.

It is I, Amerikatt, the Imp of Impervium, vanquisher of Naughty Spawns everywhere -- particularly on the Virtue server (where they seemed to congregate like the vermin they were)! For four years, my sidekicks and I protected Primal Earth from inter-dimensional and inter-galactic invasion (as well as lots of other nastiness best not related to those who may have a queasy stomach)!
My greatest shame is not being able to stop a brobdingnagian asteroid from striking and destroying Galaxy City. I guess I shouldn't really blame myself, since Statesguy was assisting me at the time, but I have always felt that with great power comes great responsibility. I also feel responsible for not stopping the Dreaded Draconians who finally managed to destroy my beloved world. I hope that I will be able to redeem myself in the eyes of Primal Earth's survivors (and in my own eyes) by protecting Titan Earth more efficiently.

Hello, Fenikas here. My global handle is @Fenikas in CoX and it will be in CoT. Im so excited that we are finally going to see this game come to life. I was on the Virtue server and was with the Pack SG. My SG mates will be coming along shortly.

For anyone that didnt notice, the project got backed by Matt Miller, Positron. And we are less then 90k from funding it. WE CAN DO IT!!! WE ARE TITANS AND THIS WHAT WE DO!!!!

My name is James. I had first started CoH around 2009 and took a one year break, so technically I didn't really get into the game until 2011. I don't know if anyone knows me I had a few characters that might be known "Call me noob" and "Future healing" haven't really seen any old names but it's always a pleasure to take in the new. It's an honor to be here! I really appreciate what this project is doing, I'm really looking forward to see this project blossom .

Hi gang, after researching the 'spiritual successors' out there, I am happy to say that I am going to be supporting this title. It seems that the term "Spiritual Successor" is being thrown around out in the internet world like it's the new 'thing' to say.

I played The Fighting-Canadian on Virtue and had been apart of the game without interruption since it's early Beta stage, so I was obviously crushed when it shut. However I am very very hopeful of this new project.

You have my support 100%.

I can't wait to come along for the ride.

Hi! My old global was also Grouchybeast, and I played almost entirely on Defiant. Characters I teamed on reasonably often enough someone might have noticed them were Ellie Mintal (Fire/Ice blaster), Grouchybeast (Rad/Rad defender), Purple Phase (Claws/Elec scrapper), Cocktail Companion (Sonic/Ice and later on Water/Ice defender) and Bubblegun (FF/Dual Pistols Defender). I did badge-hunt and solo a lot, but I also did a lot of Incarnate Trials (thanks, Deus!), and speed ITFs with Phil.

I was on Virtue from Day One. Played pretty solid up through I10-I11, then started taking extended breaks as my group of friends dwindled down to just me. Played sparingly up until the end, but more out of lack of time than lack of interest.

Was only in one real SG - Evolution, although I joined them in the waning years of their activity, and mostly due to reconnecting with a long, lost RL friend. As mentioned above, most of my friends, both RL and in-game from early Issues slowly dwindled away to inactivity, and by the time I got back into playing somewhat regularly I never really tried to hook up with any SG. Just PUG'd it or ran solo.

But for those that might recognize any of my toons, here's a list of my most frequently played:

Hello All,

Played on Pinn, I was a dry player :) , honest. Started at the end of I3 and played till they pulled the plug. As a hero I was a Stone/kin troller called Kalbic as a villain i was an energy/kin corr Evil Steve. I had various other toons tanks , scrappers, defenders etc. Our SG was "The Paragon Party Patrol" there were like 5 of us, hahaaahahaha. Sometimes I would log on just to watch the nightly drama on the Pinn chat channels. A few radio missions, chat window opened nice and wide ... oh the memories

To parrot some of the previous posts, the more I see, hear and read about this game the more excited I get as well. So many ideas for new toons now, which I'm sure will evolve the more we learn about what's to come. Off to go pick up a new pair of spandex!

Um, hi. I only started playing CoH when it went F2P (the very day it did, in fact) but I fell in love instantly. I played mostly on Union, because I thought it'd be nice to roleplay with people who spelt like me (I'm Australian) though I dabbled a bit on Virtue since its peak hours were more convenient for me. I stuck it out on Union, though, because the people there were fantastic. (That's not an insult to Virtue. I didn't give them a chance to really prove themselves to me because I was already happy.)

As for my life story, there's not much to say. Can draw okay, though very slowly. Lifelong struggle with depression and anxiety. In a stable, loving relationship IRL. Would love to volunteer, City of Titans is very important to me, but have nothing to offer other than unlimited free time.

Hi, I'm Rigel.
I started CoH in early 2006 after Star Wars Galaxies' Great NGE Disater of 2005 triggered a mass exodus. I hung around in my empty town for a few months to see what would happen and, when nothing did, moved on.
Man, I'm glad I did!
I started on Freedom and my mains were a TA/Archery defender called Plymouth Arrow, an elec/elec blaster called Countershock and a grav/kin troller called Lagrange Point.
Since SWG only allowed 1 toon / server for most of my time there (they eventually increased it to 2), I went buck wild and was a big time alt-a-holic rolling and rerolling toons every time a new concept came to mind.
It was when I filled all my slots on Freedom that I started rolling alts on other servers and discovered they each had their own "flavor", for lack of a better word.
I had several toons on Infinity and Virtue but Justice is where I felt most comfortable and spent the bulk of my time up till the end.
It was about this time I discovered melee sets. I don't know why I waited so long to try them. I rolled a ss/inv tank called Rigel X (just plain ol' Rigel was long taken by this point) and he breathed new life into the game for me. He was my new main. I don't think I even logged onto another toon till he hit 50. After that, I was creating and rerolling all sorts of different tanks, scrappers and brutes. Even a couple of stalkers. My last "project" was a stone/stone tank. I never got him past 25 before the game shut down. I had shied away from the stone set because the movement penalty annoyed me. He probably won't be my first toon here at CoT, but Chief Sitting Still will live again.
I can't wait to see all of you in-game.

Hi I'm Axe (Axewrath on the CoX forums).

Started playing CoH February 2005 on the Defiant server. Tanks are my thing, although I'm praying we get Telekinesis with the ability to throw physics objects. That would trump my tank love. :)

I was MrCaptainMan on the Freedom servers. I had an MArc review thread that was fairly well-received, featuring 'in-character' reviews by some of my toons (notably The Psystem and VEI8, I would say), and as well as my main, MCM, I had 33 other alts who hopefully may live again in Titan City in the not too distant future.
