Please read the current update for instructions on downloading the latest update. It looks like we can give everyone a list of minimum specs for running City of Titans. Please keep in mind that this is 'for now' until we are able to add more graphics and other system refinements. Currently you will need :
Windows 10 or later required; no Intel integrated graphics like UHD, must have AMD or NVIDIA card or discrete chipset with 4Gb or more of VRAM
At least 16GB of main DRAM.

Perhaps I should drop him a PM and see how he'd like to work it out. He might be new to text-based RP.
EDITED: I dropped him a quick PM to see if he might have missed my post, and asked how he'd like to handle any interaction, whether/how Jorortis might have reacted (or not) to Nyght's approach and question.
I'll wait on posting further until I hear back from him to see what he wants to do.
Going to have to crash for the night. I suspect Nyght will get caught in the explosion, if nothing happens to change that in the next 30 seconds, but I'll sort out the consequences for her out in the morning.
I'm enjoying the RP - been way too long since I've had a chance to RP Heroes. Thanks, everyone, for the thread.
Almost forgot to mention - don't know if it will become relevant, but Nyght has no pulse or heartbeat, her flesh is pale and cool to the touch - results of the dark magic Shepherd sensed earlier. Just hope she doesn't wake up in the morgue again, lol.

By "basic analysis", Tink means percentages of elements (including normal air and vaporized van roof), presence of any of a number of common toxins and reactive substances, things like that. The impression I get is that it won't be likely to identify the poison itself. Once she gets it back to her lab, she'll have it identified fairly quickly. And clean up procedures will be ready shortly after that. ^_^

Before anyone else jumps through the hole in the roof, I feel the need to point out that that was an incendiary explosion with a 60-foot [i]radius[/i]. That's 60 feet in every direction from where Jorortis was standing. Unless the building was over 6 stories, which it most likely wasn't considering its location near the beach, there probably isn't a roof or wall on that end of the building anymore.

Good point. Depending on the building's structural integrity, and given how easily he fell through the roof - there may not be a roof anymore either. I'll need to take another look at my post.

No, that was Flashpoint and then Overdrive. I didn't introduce Impact / Whipcrack until Downtown and the Aether Pirates raid. It's cool, no big deal.

Thanks I really thought hard how Ron would operate. Thought he's unkillable given his undead state I really try to show he's not unbeatable. He would have lasted longer but Fire and Heat are one of his key weaknesses. Also Rp the more damage he takes the dumber he becomes as the demand for magic to keep him going drains his mental abilities. Even have conditions in mind when he goes near zero his mind shut off completely and he becomes your standard mindless flesh craving undead horror.

Just as an FYI, Nyghtshade is surrounded by, indeed suffused by dark magic, which was used to reanimate her after her death, and change her into what she is now. There is some considerable debate among members of the Arcane Sentinel as to whether she was literally resurrected or just trapped on the threshold between life and death, since she doesn't decay. However, for all practical purposes, she shares some strong vampiric traits, if not their ethics.
She is, after all, a Catholic Southern Belle vampire...
Good to know then. I'll be sure to try impaling Nyght as well xD She did linger behind though, where Rotten Luck came like, right up to him, so perhaps it's a matter of "Can't quite get the arcane scent" =p

Jorortis, not sure my next-to-last post was clear enough. Nyghtshade was trying to drain away a burst of his life-force (strength, energy, however you want to play that) before he actually hit the ground. She'd been focusing on him as he fell, just waiting for him to get close enough for her to try this -- if successful, the results could be anything from feeling suddenly weaker to an 'energy drain' to even a sense of dizziness or confusion.
Assuming it worked at all. It's not that successful on robots - there really needs to be some organic component for it to have an effect.
EDITED: Belatedly, I do see a mention of his mind being weakened by an attack on it, so perhaps that was the effect. When she tries it again, you can decide what or how much efftect it has.
