Please read the current update for instructions on downloading the latest update. Players with Mac versions of the game will not be affected, but you will have a slightly longer wait for your version of the new maps. Please make a copy of your character folder before running the new update, just to make sure you don't lose any of your custom work.

It looks like we can give everyone a list of minimum specs for running City of Titans. Please keep in mind that this is 'for now' until we are able to add more graphics and other system refinements. Currently you will need :
Windows 10 or later required; no Intel integrated graphics like UHD, must have AMD or NVIDIA card or discrete chipset with 4Gb or more of VRAM
At least 16GB of main DRAM.
These stats may change as we continue to test.

To purchase your copy of the City of Titans Launcher, visit our store at https://store.missingworldsmedia.com/ A purchase of $50 or more will give you a link to download the Launcher for Windows or Mac based machines.

I remember first playing the

I remember first playing the game and laughing out loud for hours and hours. It was so fun. I remember aging 10 yrs in the first year of play due to a lack of sleep. I remember running all over the place as a lowbie just trying to catch a glimpse of a flying hero, I so wanted to fly. I remember never being bored, there was always something to do and someone to do it with. I remember the Angry Angels on Virtue, what a great group. I remember a lot of friends that I made. I remember @Krenar @Optiknerve @Ara @ExodusV @psycobunny @Ruiness @Ebonwitch @Lurkingtroll and Khali (previously DoubleDox) and many others that I cannot recall the global names of like Morgan and Chad and Faust and John and Ed and Katt. Miss you all and thank you all.

I remember:Winning a prize

I remember:

Winning a prize for "Best Backstory" ... at a costume contest!

Battling my misguided doppleganger ("Anti-Katt" with her pink costume)!

Holding one of the many alternate-Earth versions of my Human sidekick ("Kitten the Girl Wonder") as she drew her final breath (after Proteus's murderous rampage at Portal Corps)!

Doing fly-by heals in the noob zones (and some people actually thanked me)!

Transforming into the Cimeroran version of Amerikatt -- a 7' tall lioness warrior who was captain of Imperious's troops!

Sitting in a small lake on my own personal floating island, overlooking Ourobouros!

Getting my AoE heal (as an Incarnate)!

Sneezing and knocking down several Naughty Spawns (with Dawn Strike power)!

Using my Pulsar power and watching the stunned Naughty Spawns wandering about in a daze, their heads lit-up like candles!

Positron using Power Suppression to make AK fall out of the air over DJ Zero! (BAD POSI! BAAAAAAD POSI!)

I remember...

I remember...

...being the targeter on a Hamidon Raid once. Having hundreds of players use ME as their target to shoot was quite the rush. also the phrase "herding cats" comes to mind. Still, targeting something and just seeing it melt was amazing.
...when Respec Trials were first introduced, I found out that the reactor core could be protected with force fields. For a few weeks, my FF/Energy Defender was one of the most popular teammates ever for that trial.
...deciding to take on Tyrant in (Elite Boss version) the old Praetorian arc one on one with my Blaster.
...DEFEATING Tyrant one on one with my Blaster. That was an amazing fight. Probably the moment where I felt I had gotten good at the game.
...the many times where by luck or skill, my characters punched WAY above their weight class. Special mention to my Trick Archer who tanked an AV, my Force Field Defender who beat foes she really should not, and of course my Ninjitsu Stalker who ended up changing sides due to a roleplaying reason, despite never really intending to RP her.

But most of all, and sadly, I remember exactly where I was, when the game ended. Aegis Rose, level 50 Force Field Defender, with all the Incarnate slots she could have, hovering in Ouroborus, waiting for the end to come, looking at the eternal sunset. I couldn't find a more fitting end for her than that.

I had a similar experience with my Empathy defender and the demand for Fortitude on the reactor core.

I remember during my first

I remember during my first week or two there was a max level character standing on the steps in Atlas handing out something like 10k to all of the lowbies. I was amazed at the patience and orderliness of all the lowbies standing in line waiting for their turn. This level of conformity was achieved through a very strict and vocal level 35 taskmaster named Walmart Security. Try to cut in line and Walmart Security booted you from the line.

I was just impressed with the generosity and teamwork.

I remember running through

I remember running through one of the parking lots in Atlas on a fairly new character and stopping to beat up, er, arrest a couple of Hellions who were stealing a lady's purse. I didn't have a 'defeat Hellions' mission and they were grey to me, but stopped them anyhow because hey, superhero.
Once I finished, a level 50 swooped down out of the sky and gave me about 250K in high level SOs. Said it was for stopping crime even when I didn't need to.

As a level 50, i wish there was a Gift Pack i could craft and just Drag and Drop onto players that could comprise of SO's and/or a max amount of Influence for a Quick Gift Pack. I hated waiting for the Trade Window. :/

a) Mendicant's story is

a) Mendicant's story is awesome

2) One of my favorite past times on my lvl 50 human PB was going to the Hollows and using my anemic-but-awesome-on-low-level-characters heal to help a poor runner get to their destination, or help a poor low-level hero on a hunt mission by Pulsar-stunning the group they were fighting if they were about to die and then healing them

It was good to be a Hero in the City.

As a level 1, running across

As a level 1, running across Steel Canyon, dodging mobs, to get to the store to change something I'd messed up on my costume.

On a lvl 50 tank, during the winter event, hanging around in AP so I could spam taunt on the giant monster spawned so that the lvl 1's didn't get attacked as they took it down.

Running a 'Hide and seek' game in AP for new characters just to hand out inf.

The first time I got fly on a character.

My Fave was the Christmas

My Fave was the Christmas Event, in the Ski Chalet, when some players would play Hide and Seek, and try to Fly and hide under the floating island, in a few of the crevices... I would use COH's targeting commands to find the player, and they always Wondered HOW!!!!!!????? ;)

Hint: Search for Players name in the Find Players Window.. and just fly around while Left Clicking on the Players name every so often.. till you target him/her. ;D I was Bored! :[

My son used to do that when he was little!!! He would find an obscure, convoluted little crevice and have people come find him. He spent HOURS doing that. Awww, that's a nice memory of my son before he got all big and manly :P.

Edit: I just texted my son about this post, and he texted back "That might have been me!!!" Good times. Miss it.

Before the Hollows, I used to

Before the Hollows, I used to zip around Perez Park with my super-speedster empathy defender, healing the heroes who were fighting the Hellions and Skulls, and the Hydra hunters.

I remember when they

I remember when they introduced elite bosses and I thought, awesome! I can upgrade the bosses in my missions to be a little more challenging (was a scrapper at the time).

I could never figure out the correct difficulty setting, though. Much later I found out EBs were not intended as a boss upgrade, but as an AV downgrade to make end missions soloable. :-/

I remember the big street party outside the Steel Canyon Icon right after they introduced costume editing, for the first two days or so.

I got really good at running

I got really good at running the gauntlet in Steel Canyon at level 2. I was annoyed when they put ICON in AP.
When I got the Infection power for the first time we were doing the Frostfire scenario, I totally missed the clown I infected running off in the middle of the fight! Soon we were up to our armpits in bad guys!
When I got high enough to have the low level guys in AP ignore me, I used to infect one of them then run around dragging him through other gangs until I had something like 50 guys chasing after me. I called them my jogging partners...

I remember my first team wipe

I remember my first team wipe. We were in Perez Park. We were running through the woods and came around a corner where we ran into some Lost, I had never seen them before. They were gigantic and I barely got a look at them before they had wiped us out...maybe 3 or 4 of us. We were maybe level 5 or 6 and they were 8. I remember targeting them and seeing purple text and the purple flashes of light. And then we were all dead and back in the hospital. (I had to force myself to spell hospital and not "hosp") What the heck were those? "Purple People Eaters," I replied. None of us bothered to stick around and figure out what attacked us. The game was so new, you died and went to the hospital immediately, no wakes, no rez. We'd hardly made it out of the tutorial and were looking to explore. I think we stayed in AP for the rest of the night too scared to venture back into the Park.

I remember flying for the first time. I worked so hard to level up to 7 and got Hover. I hit the power and began puttering around like a balloon without that much air. I probably did that for a solid 30 minutes.

I remember logging in after I had given my friend my password so he could check it out and finding my main abandoned in Skyway and on a TF no less! He had abandoned his team and left my character sitting around in a place I had never been before. (these were the early days before I knew what was what and where was where.) I left the TF and floated slowly for the tram hoping I wouldn't run into anything scary like Perez park. My friend said, "flight is gay because it's too slow" He didn't play much after that.

I remember taking my first mission. It was a simple delivery between two cities on Talus. I ran almost blind through the night and fell into a ditch where I was attacked by a frog. We were using dial-up and things were pretty sketchy trying to go beyond the city limits. Oh wait. That was a different game, a galaxy far far away.

That would make two of us. I spent the final hours in Virtue's Ouroborus talking about heroic deeds done in times soon to be long past. We were EPIC

Going to Ouroboros for the

Going to Ouroboros for the first time and thingking "I have arrived!"

Starting with a team of 8 for a Posi TF and finishing with a team of 3 scrappers 8-ish hours later.

Finally getting to Reichsman at the end of the TF and having our Stone tank disconnect, and being the only other melee (scrapper) having to "tank" him. . .and actually doing it!

Tweaking my dark/demon MM to solo start a rikti raid. Was up to 15 pylons of 18 before the game shut down. I was thinking throughout that process what a wonderful game it was that you can tailor-make your toon to do things nobody ever thought you could do.
