Please read the current update for instructions on downloading the latest update. Players with Mac versions of the game will not be affected, but you will have a slightly longer wait for your version of the new maps. Please make a copy of your character folder before running the new update, just to make sure you don't lose any of your custom work.
It looks like we can give everyone a list of minimum specs for running City of Titans. Please keep in mind that this is 'for now' until we are able to add more graphics and other system refinements. Currently you will need :
Windows 10 or later required; no Intel integrated graphics like UHD, must have AMD or NVIDIA card or discrete chipset with 4Gb or more of VRAM
At least 16GB of main DRAM.
These stats may change as we continue to test.

Point of information! Diplomatic Immunity only applies to representatives of a government that is recognized by the government granting the status. Until the Necrobian Government reveals itself to the United States Government, its representatives can't expect Diplomatic Immunity. Of course, just because we hadn't heard of the Necrobians, doesn't mean they hadn't started talking to our government on the down-low...
And if there isn't anything glaringly trap-like, Stingray will eventually pick up the coin, ^_^

I know they don't have diplomatic immunity and would struggle to meet the definition of a "nation", Galrithius is being kinda glib :p In the current continuity (lol) the US gov't has no solid knowledge of Necrobia, they'd probably see them as a cult. And I don't think diplomatic immunity would pass well over a dozen deaths, either.
The medals/coins are actually harmless. Rewards for taking down a Councillor or Tormentor, a mix of honoring worthy opponents and shaming the defeated.

The pellet with the poison is in the vessel with the pestel. The Chalice with the palace holds the brew that is true.
But the first part is serious, Stingray doesn't know that the Order of the Chalice was persecuting these Necro-bean people.
Also, when we find it online, is it presented as another witch hunting group of days gone by, or as something that is still active? And how balanced is the reporting, and if not very balanced, which way does it lean?

Unfortunately, securing and transporting the villains would have been first priority. I think the story, at least the current one, is pretty much finished at this point.

Gayle is recognizable in and out of costume, too. Her face is visible and uncovered in most costumes, and has just a stick-on eyes and cheekbones mask for style with one of them. With the breeze swirling around her, Gayle puts out different scents based on her mood. Underneath is her own scent, and she's never tried too hard to mask or camouflage that. Typically, in her day-to-day cheerful state, she's blowing some faint citrus or melon scent in the breeze.
The Riverhaven housing manager (Leia) would have asked Scaleback about her needs and wants, as well as whether she intends to do hero work or just seek a job where she can work comfortably as a metahuman. As soon as they can, Riverhaven will get an apartment remodeled to handle Scaleback's size, toughness, and other needs. Appliances and furniture will match the needs. The first ten floors of the apartment tower have a mix of paid renters and subsidized apartments. The only thing in common is that everyone is metahuman and not currently wanted by the law.

Scaleback would have requested furniture that'd be easy for her to sit in, given her tail, citing the downright impressive beanbag chair she has in her home as an example, as well as a high roof and spacious walls. She's fine with normal sized appliance though, as she's used to them after working with them for so long.
