I think you need to save your costume. Did you do that? I didn't test it but I have suspicions this was the issue.

Yeah you need to save the costume before you can have it on the map. Tested myself and lost my costume when loaded on map :( Had to redo him again.
Im still waiting for the upload to start,. When I press the blue button on the avatar builder in the email it doesn't start up .

I'm just getting a black screen when I go to load the game. I let it sit for a bit too but then had to end task to get it off my screen. Before I would do it was told it wasn't responding. Ideas to help get this going please? Thanks.
It happened to me too. I ended the task a few times and the third time it worked. Sometimes it takes time to load.

i think it will be a good idea to also put a link to the new store on the site, right now the only way to get there is thru the link in the post.
the store link from the site leads to the old store and it could be confusing to newcomers.

My wife was able to retrieve her reward and has attempted to download the launcher. Meanwhile, she gets an access denied message when attempting to get to these forums...any help?
EDIT Also her launcher is stuck at 44% and showing 0% downlaoding. Deleted, downloaded again, repeating the same issue

Access Denied is usually due to not having followed through with a verification email.
If the download stays stuck for a very long period, drop a message to contact@missingworldsmedia.com or join the tech support channel in Discord where we have very active devs responding to the issues.

Do it once; did it always. Still have some super rare boot costume nobody wants to buy from 3 or so Halloween events ago.
Naaa... I usually end up doing one thing only: Admire the fully functioning kick ass apartment with actual hidden no need to bash through superhero mini base I build; maybe fly a circle around Metropolis; then log off for the next few months. It has become such an ugly and desperate PTW money grab everybody involved should be ashamed to no end.

It’s “free” but you can instantly be maxed out in power if you pay. Otherwise once you get to level 30 you are very slowly grinding out for incrementally better gear, raising your Combat Rating from 30 up to 273 a point at a time. And most of the content is locked out unless you either buy it a piece at a time, or pay a subscription.
A sub is not enough. It was once with the first type of lootbox they had which could be freely opened for subbers (... to whom it dropped at a much lower rate than before subbing). But now they tie skill points to costumes in each of the new types of lootbox. If you want to keep up; pay up. The only way to "level" a character is loot luck at a certain point. While that with normal loot was still somewhat tolerable; the line is drawn at skill points in gamble boxes. At least for me.

Best I could do in the current CC. I am EXCEPTIONALLY disappointed that I had to use a star instead of a heart. I also miss my pigtails. I do appreciate that that I could give her a smirk. Which is fitting her character I think. Also the light up shoes. Not her typical style but I think she can adapt.
Edit: Below is a close up of the face I spent some more time tweaking...dishes can wait till tomorrow. There's not even any bugs on them yet...O_O

None of the links in the announcement page seem to be functioning, Am I trying the right place or do I need to be looking elsewhere?
Is it possible for me to copy a folder or files from one system to another rather than do the whole download again? Also, any update on second access for Dynamic Duo level backers?
I HIGHLY suggest making an easier to find link to the Missing Worlds Media Store. As of right now, the only one I can find is the hyperlink in the update. There really, really needs to be a more intuitive place to find the link...unless i'm just blind? Is it anywhere else?
EDIT: I would recommend changing the 'Merchandise' link in the header bar to 'Store' as a drop down with Second Chance and Merchandise as the drop-down options. Or, since second chance is literally almost everything right now, make it it's own link in that header bar, right in the center. Or also make it a permanent line in the Announcements banner similar to how the official discord is right now. Just never remove it until Issue #1 release. Just my $.02.

Can't remember where it was but on the island there is a building with graffiti on the back wall. When you stand adjacent to this graffiti your avatar becomes colorized matching the graffiti. It goes away when you step away from the wall but an interesting "feature". Though I imagine this is unintentional, it does make me wonder how difficult it would be to have a chameleon/stealth type ability evolve from this anomaly...

It was a limited reward with only two backers. That's why the KS total ends in .04.
That had to cut it off because they were losing $2.98 in CC transaction fees.

But no hurry... I only peek on the not-limited FlyFree option, therefore i can wait until Paypal or direct-bank-transfer or something similar is available for European.

Hey there! I'm not sure if you are a part of the Discord server, but here is something that was posted regarding PayPal in the Second Chance store.
"BREAKING: Our payment processor, Stripe, will be adding Google Pay support on November 7. We’ll support it, like we support Apple Pay already.
Google Pay can also be used to pay with your PayPal account, so it will be an option, albeit indirect, to support us via PayPal."

This Stripe voodoo thingy with Google pay... is there a guideline for dummys? Because right now they ask me what kind of business I want to set up and the "Get off my ass I just wanna buy the dang City of Titans account" business does not appear to be a selectable option.
I did found a Payment Methods under the settings with Apple pay and others but not Google (and of course I already got/payed 50 bucks of funds for google).
I should have listened to my inner voice. Warning bells rang high and loud and now I just feel bad about even attempting it :(
edit: Also please tell me that google pay and google play are the same thing regarding google account balance. OO

How frequently they check up their mails i.e. would it be reasonable to re-send it after a week?
I followed up with the Web team (who is on Discord as well). I have no idea why they wouldn't reply to your email.
Currently, Google is being blamed by Stripe. From the web team; "Stripe determined that that one customer of ours had everything set up right and was doing everything right. Google just wasn’t telling Stripe that it could display the Google Pay button as an option. We guessed it might have been because their Google Pay account had no credit card associated with it."

Oh well. Its not like these funds would not be there in a year or ten since I almost never use that. I'll occasionally check back to see if it works or just directly use Paypal if it ever becomes an alternative option to Stripe (I'll curse and rant loudly in front of my screen while doing so of course).
