Not only do I approve of this, but it reminded me that I wanted to mention something about glowing parts.
Namely, that it would be great if Glow didn't go from Off to [b][size=25]ON[/size][/b] with some colors and had the gradual build from barely any glow to full glow.
(Also, a shout out to the devs for dealing with the massive amount of feedback they're getting!)

I've been playing around with the character creator A LOT. We need emblems on capes! They should add multiple emblem options all over the body: arms, legs, back, cape. When creating, I keep thinking "hmmm a star emblem would go great on the arm." lol
Is it to much to ask for cool and unique looking alphabet inspired tights patterns for every letter in the alphabet like what was done for the M pattern? I absolutely love patterns like that. Something you can use so that it highlights your chosen name.

Just checked your listings for "circuitry" and found that effectively the only type you've got is one that's essentially a travel aura done as a style of footprints ... which is cool ... but not exactly what we might be thinking of for some character types.
I'm thinking of circuitry as a type of "breadboard pattern" overlaid onto the material used for different body parts (ala TRON et al.) which was also done in City of Heroes.

The utterly COOL thing that City of Titans could do which City of Heroes could not would be to have soliton light pulses animating along those circuitry lines so as to make them glow. You could have a slider dedicated to determining what the proportion of light/dark gaps would be in that animation (0 would be no glow at all, while 100 would be constant glow with no gaps, and 50 would be equal length light and dark gaps in the glow animation). Add one more slider to select how "fast" the glow animates (0 would be no motion at all, and 100 would be crazy fast animation "light" speed movement) so as to choose anywhere between "speed of thought" and "slow drip" movements of the glow along the circuitry pathways.

I 2nd for pulsating glow options. Pulsating eye aura's would also be very cool, especially for robotic types.
Pulsing auras would be easy, but a whole new slider for pulsing Materials is another level. but added :)

I am confused. Animal head means hat made of animal head, like Hercules wear the Nemean Lion, or having the head of a lion like being a lion man?

Im not sure how ethical it is to have actual animal pelts/heads as a costume option even if it is just a game. That's just my personal concern, I cant speak for anyone actually making the decision.

Also, I mentioned this on the official discord, but it got buried. Would an x-y positioning & rotation slider for Headwear and Top accessories be a viable suggestion? So you could have say, crooked horns or an off-centered tophat. Or have whatever you have on your head be more on the front or back of your head?

"I wanna look like this" isn't a helpful suggestion. Your visualization of what this would look like in-game is very different from what Art Team has in mind.
"tools for fingers", "leather straps with buckles", "combat boots", "leather strap top" are suggestions for costume pieces that an artist could translate into something in-game.
That being said, keep the suggestions coming :) Lot's of easy stuff that's still being missed I'm sure.

Perhaps looking for retroreflective and fluorescent? Although the latter may be covered by very low levels of glow once that is possible.

I was thinking of them being treated as painted metal since they're usually used on metallic surfaces. Also they can be a bit grungier than clean horizontal stripes with dirt/scratched paint.

Personally I'm hoping dirt, scratches, and other similar "modifications will be their own "overlay" (markings layer?) so they can be applied to effectively every material and/or item making it so that they don't have to make explicit versions of most materials/items that are dirty, scratched, or such.
Added "dirty" versions next to battle damaged :)
