McJigg gets thrown a few meters away, best described as 'ragdolling' across the ground. He remains motionless for a moment be grunting "ugh..and... and that's why I wear the padding..."
It takes a few moments for him to get to his feet, dizzy from the tumble. He however once again starts to drain Gael and power up Jackie until gets his bearings.
Gael struggles to get up under the manadrain, but he uses his gluon blade to dispell Jackie's spear before it gets too close. Jackie immediately conjures a black sword in each hand and plunges them into the holoshield, resuming the struggle as Gael reaches for his Emitter.

Heather opened the cylinder, noting the dull gleam of lead visible in each chamber from the front and the brass rim-fire cartridges from the back. She snapped the cylinder closed and once again swapped the weapons. The mage had gotten her shield back up, so Heather invoked a blessing on her bullets, to help them penetrate, before firing them, double-action, at the chaos mage's center of mass. Dark clouds of brown smoke erupted from the barrel with each shot.

The chaos mage frantically motioned to Project something at the detective, the motions were swift, but calculated, a series of plucking and palming the air. She noticed Heather take aim, but concentrated on her spell, reaching far into obscurity for something destructive. The lead starts racing towards her, the first bullet is caught by the Arcaulain shield, and dissolves into teal specks. The next series of bullets meet her enchanted robes, the various layers are dissolved with each shot. Once the revolver was out, she was down to a mundane grey undershirt and teal gloves for the torso. She finished the last plucks and executed the spell with a final push.
Black flames erupted from the circular runes. They circled around the formations and around the mage. She cancelled the spell in a panic, sealing her fate. The flames burned everything within a 3 meter radius, including the concrete itself. The mage is quickly consumed by the flames of her own doing, eating away at her skin and even her mystic grey hair. Her body collapses onto the now blackened concrete and the flamed dissipate. She twitches the last bit of life out of her, murmuring "Necro...bia....."

McJigg changes tactic for a moment, instead of draining from Gael, he begins to drain from the shield directly. Instead of powering Jackie, he starts storing the energy in himself. It aggravates his manaburn from earlier, but he grunts through it.
The battery pack within Gael's robes begins to fail; his blade dissipates, and his holoshield begins to flicker. He panics on his console, saying "no, no, no,..." as he tries to divert enough power to his shield to stop Jackie. He fails. The silvery holoshield dissolves and Jackie's arms extend out fully. The swords plunge into Gael's chest: one off to his right, severing his superior vena cava, the other in the center of his chest.
Jackie is shocked for a moment, he expected the shield to hold out longer. He didn't necessarily mean to impale the mage. He hides his shock into a stern furrow, saying aloud "life always" in response to Gael's "Necrobia for all". Jackie demanifests the swords and stumbles backward. A squirt of blood leaves the Technomancer's chest as he falls forward onto the grass. He quickly begins to fade away as he immediately bleeds out from his wounds. He had over-relied on his holoshield to protect him, and didn't invest in contingencies like most Technomancers are encouraged to.

Heather watched the chaos mage's magics turn on her and tried to think of something that could stop it. But it was too late, and so she turned to see the technomancer take Jackie's blades in the chest as his shield fell. "Life always," she heard Jackie say. "But sometimes that choice isn't ours." She grabbed the Chiasmacicle and pulled it up the stairs to the door. "Detective Kowalski, Lotus Hills!" She shouted as she tried the door. "Open up; we got wounded out here!"

McJigg stood there in silence. He surveyed what was once a nice courtyard, now scarred from the battle that just happened. He looked at the dead mages, the ruined mechs. But his gaze was drawn to the red sky, his silence continued as he just stared at it.
Jackie recovered his stance then took a moment while Heather pulled the sled. He turns to McJigg and nervously remarks "...it's super effective...". After a pause, " I lost my stance, I...I didn't mean to impale him" he murmurs off.
The light on the security panel turns green and the door to the precinct opens. A couple officers rush out, one with a first aid kit in hand. The other turns to Heather "We've been on lockdown since the sorcerer turned the suits on us, which was about an hour ago. Comms are down. Intel is scarce." The other takes a moment to triage: brown-robes is too far gone, the blackened body across the lawn is also a loss, the hero in the mask seems physically fine, gold-robes is fine enough to talk, so the trenchcoat on ice needs immediate attention.
The technician takes Chiasma's pulse, nothing, but the body is still warm, despite the ice. "He needs the healer!" he yells to the other officer.

Seemingly ahead of the call, a figure emerges from the sliding door: strikingly tall, but also visibly emaciated. She wears grey robes vaguely similar to Jackie's and covered in dirt and blood stains. She hurriedly walks down the stairs toward Chiasma, often checking over her shoulder, nervously.
