Please read the current update for instructions on downloading the latest update. Players with Mac versions of the game will not be affected, but you will have a slightly longer wait for your version of the new maps. Please make a copy of your character folder before running the new update, just to make sure you don't lose any of your custom work.
It looks like we can give everyone a list of minimum specs for running City of Titans. Please keep in mind that this is 'for now' until we are able to add more graphics and other system refinements. Currently you will need :
Windows 10 or later required; no Intel integrated graphics like UHD, must have AMD or NVIDIA card or discrete chipset with 4Gb or more of VRAM
At least 16GB of main DRAM.
These stats may change as we continue to test.

It was getting crowded. He nodded to Connor. "I agree with your assessment." Not having his spirit-sight spell up, he didn't notice the ghostly animals. "Enjoy your evening, Dennis."

Rose however did notice the ghostly animals, simply smiling to the animals forms but not keen on revealing her supernatural senses just yet, as she replied to Connor.

Rose offers the boy a ever lovable smile as she resists being gently pulled back to the bench, replying as she heads off with Toni.
"If your're crazy Connor then I should be in an asylum, I don't think there is anything wrong with you!" She states with honesty before adding. "See you at school!"
Once settled at their bench with their meals, Rose quietly speaks to Toni and Setzer.
"I've seen him around campus, he seems nice, if not quiet."

Rose nods, before beginning to politely dig into her Pork chop, taking a moment to respond and inquire.
"So, all in all..would you change anything about this night?" To both Toni and Setzer.

The sound floated on the air, very much like a guitar but in truth it was the cords of a lute being played. The singers voice soon joined the music.

The man was playing in a small park near the water fountain. Just letting the music play his fingers dancing along the cords as he sat on the bench.

Rose nods at that, squeezing his hand once more before blinking as her eyes suddenly glow a bright, pulsing green, ebbing away as quickly as it appears.
"Those slain today have hopefully found peace, and will pass on gently. And don't worry, I have a feeling will be seeing them soon."

Dennis was being some what of a creeper, making a turn while out of sight and tip toed, being surprisingly stealthy for someone so big making virtually no sound at all until he stopped ans started sitting behind the two of them munching on his subs, then he heard what Toni had said, and sniffled a bit."That's so beautiful....damn onions..tearing me up.." There were no onions on any of the subs.

Rose simply smirked to Toni and Setzer, but flashed er ever award-winning smile to Dennis as she implored.
"I know, he's very poetic, it's cute." She turns back to Toni sheepishly as she jokingly states. "And please tell me this isn't where you activate overprotective caveman boyfriend mode?"

The man playing the music continued on.
"Well a fire burned inside, and he beat the brigand thrice.
The hate consumed him o'er the way.
O' the man thought he had won, until he felt the brigand's son

And he shrieked to the night, bloodied by the fight,

He let the music grow darker drawing up deeper notes.
"Well the law followed that yell, saw the man lay where he fell.
Nothing left but the man's shell o'er the way.
As he laid the body to rest, the man's love clutcher her breasts
O' her heart was robbed and killed on that day.
And she breathed her last breath, and blood stained her dress
From the lashes that slew her man today.
As her body fell to the ground, there was an echoing howl
Of the hounds that howled for them o'er the way."
Then he picked it up for the final.
"O' the door closed real fast, a brigand and his cash
That he robbed with his son o'er the way.
As the counted out their change, they shouted loud, unhallowed names
For they were made rich on that day.
Then the son went for his sister, found her dead with her slit wrist
And the streaks of blood o'er the way.
O' her father couldn't stand, he found a picture in her hand...

He let the song end stood and made a bow "Crime never pays my friends. Even if you think you made it rich."

Police sirens could be heard again and all of the cars currently passing by got out of the way of a police motorcycle, causing some minor crashes among the cars. The motorcycle was followed by two police cars, their sirens flaring too. Oddly enough all the drivers including the one on the motorcycle were cops. "Stop the vehicle or we will be forced to shoot!" A cop from a car yelled through a bullhorn, but the motorcyclist did not intend to stop and continued at full speed. A cop poked his head through the window of the car and aimed his pistol at the tires of the motorcycle and after a few failed shots he managed to take out the back tire of the motorcycle. As it went crashing into a building the motorcyclist jumped off and proceeded to run on foot, but was cut off by two other police cars and the two chasers caught up as well. The policemen got out of their cars and pointed their pistols at the motorcyclist, who took off his helmet. "Come quietly or we will shoot!" A cop said through a bullhorn.
At least as far as Connor was concerned, various noises do not make for very peaceful reading. And if a collection of said noises happened to be police sirens, well, then something [i]probably[/i] had to be done about that. He stood, shutting his book, which burned away with a mellow blue flame, not leaving so much as a single mote of ash. He pulled the hood of his sweater up and over his head, and pocketed his hands in his jeans as he walked towards the sounds of the sirens, and after a moment more, the sounds of the shooting.
With another touch of blue flame, he disappeared from the sight of the average person, drifting calmly an inch or so off of the ground as he circled around the motorcyclist, watching to see what his next move would be, and if he had to intervene at all. His hoodie, once a dull red, had shifted to black, along with his jeans, and Connor's head looked as if it had been engulfed with blue flame, with a set of wide white eyes being the most visible features on his new, ghostly visage. A foot or so behind the cyclist, he waited, invisible to all but those with the ability to see spirits.
[i]...Alright, let's see what his deal is[/i], he thought, folding his arms before drifting a bit closer.

"Really?" The surrounded policeman asked and after a short pause added:"We've been through this before, didn't end well for you last time." He reached up to his head and quickly pulled off his rubber face, revealing to be the assassin from before, with the blank white mask over his head. The other cops started firing at that point, but it was already too late, as the assassin was once again encased in power armor with a flash of red light. The bullets bounced off his armor and the cops started retreating. "I am sick of this." The assassin said, but now had a mechanized voice, due to the armor. With another flash of red light, the assassin suddenly had a compact mini-gun attached to the left arm. He started firing and gunned down most of the officers, but some got away.
...And [I]that[/I] was going to be a problem.
Bound by his duties, Connor gathered his wits as the man started to shoot, blue fire flaring around him as he became visible once again. Rather than moving to attack the man outright, he instead cleared his throat, flashing in front of him, his arms still folded. Generally, when dealing with these sorts of people, trying to talk things out doesn't work very well, but it was always worth a try, just in case.
Well, at least according to Connor, anyway.
"You, who takes the path of the Reaper," he begins, doing is best to make his voice echo dramatically (and someone spookily, ghostly image considered), "I ask that you cease your actions, or my duties will force my hand!"
[I]Maybe[/I] the drama was somewhat unnecessary. He made a mental note to remember that for next time.

The assassin ceased firing, Connor would have prevented some of the cops' deaths. "You think you scare me?" He said, as his wrist mounted mini-gun disappeared with a flash of red light. "Two of you kids couldn't stop me, let alone one." He said, referring to his earlier battle with Rose and Toni. "Attack me and you will suffer the same fate as he did." The assassin pointed at a police officer, who was lying on the ground, shot down by the mini gun, with multiples bullet holes in his back. With another flash of red light the assassin's power armor disappeared, but as he spotted one of the cops still alive from the mini-gun fire, with a flash of red light he had a pistol in his hand and he fired it into the man's head, killing him. The assassin then slowly started walking away to a nearby alley, as more cop car and ambulance sirens could be heard in the distance.
As the man starts to slowly walk away, the ground beneath him starts to glow, as a fiery spell-circle flares to life. Walls of light near the far end of the circle shoot upwards, standing between the man and the rest of the way into the alley as Connor drifts closer.
"Then I'm afraid that's a risk that I'll be forced to take," he says, his voice taking on a calmer tone as he approaches. "Please stand down, [i]please[/i], there are other things that I wanted to do today."

"Apparently there aren't." The assassin reached for his left forearm with his right hand and pressed his index finger somewhere on the top of it. "I would run if I were you." The assassin crossed his arms and stared at Connor. Nothing obvious happened yet.
"In all honesty, I'd rather float," Connor says somewhat matter-of-factly, still drifting in the air as he watches the man carefully. "Additionally, if you [i]really[/i] want to make someone run from something, it would generally help if you gave them an idea of what it is they might be running [i]from[/i]. It might provide a bit of motivation, so to speak."

The assassin said nothing, but pointed in the air behind Connor, something was flying their way, a cylindrical shape with a pointy tip, similar to a large bullet. The whistling noise the projectile made began to become louder and louder as it approached. "I bet you have some civilians to save, right?" He said, just as cop cars and ambulances arrived.
Dennis let out a pained sigh as he head police cars and gun fire, and started to trot after them, it soon turned into a mighty leap, that sent him through the air at about the same speed as the moving cars, he landed on a building and watched as the faceless guy gunned down some cops, he also noticed Connor, trying to talk to him, only to watch the assassin shoot someone else in the head, and started walking between the building he was standing on, but he looked up hearing the sound of something falling from a great height.

"I can't heal people, unfortunately," Connor says, turning to look behind him as the noise becomes more apparent, "only un-kill people. Assuming they're still somewhat intact. And besides, ending the cause, as opposed to patching what it breaks, tends to be higher on my list of priorities. It's not my decision, really," he says, turning his gaze right back to the man. Oddly, he doesn't seem all that concerned about whatever might be coming his way...

"Have it your way." The assassin said, then moments later the projectile crashed into the ground right between Connor and the assassin. It exploded in a big explosion, destroying nearby buildings, the cop cars and ambulances that just arrived and killing any humans caught in the explosion, including Connor if he did not move far enough.
After the explosion had settled, there were no signs left of the assassin.
Connor didn't move. Not even an inch. As the dust cleared, he looked around, his senses immediately attuning to all of the freshly-made ghosts that had absolutely no idea what it was that just happened.
"...The joys of being intangible," Connor said, his voice dripping with sarcasm, "what did he [i]expect[/i] me to do, toss the trucks out of the way? I'm a damned [i]specter[/i]," he grumbled, sinking into the wreckage to find any who might be trapped under the rubble.
"What sort of overkill, unnecessary, bad-at-their-job hitman sets off an [i]explosion[/i]," he continued to grumble, grabbing the hand of one trapped civilian, rendering them momentarily intangible as he drags them to the surface, "granted, I understand Titan City isn't exactly awash in [i]sense[/i], but this is [i]ridiculous[/i]," he continued to himself.

Dennis had most of his bone armor up when the explosion crashed, and was blown back about 100 yards, into the thicket of a park taking out about 4 trees."W..What the hell.'' Dennis pushed the tree off of him, and just lied there ,not because he was badly hurt..just from the surprise of what happened.

Toni had been about to act when Connor started talking, so he held back. When the whistling came, he followed Setzer's gaze and saw the missile. He barely had time to conjure up a wall, sloped on the inside, around the assassin who seemed to be ground zero. The missile detonated even as the wall went up, deflecting most of the blast upwards. Toni grabbed Rose to pull her behind the bench...
The wall was blown back into sparkling dust, and Toni turned to Setzer and spoke, a bit loudly, "I need a spell before he shows up again!"

Having heard explosion the fellow playing the music came over. Dressed in brown and white he fiddled with his lute his blond nearly white hair was long and in a braid. "Well now this is so uncivilized."

Rose sighs at the sound of gunfire and crashing vehicles, but at the sight of the missile instantly renders herself intangible along with Setzer and Toni in addition to their shield, not yet returning to her solid state as she grumbles.
""i'm alright, and seriously? Can I not have one night free of these idiots." She gestures in response to the direction of the now gone assassin, before searching for any civilians who may still be trapped, and pulling them through and out of the rubble about them.

Setzer shook his head, and waited for his hearing to return to normal. Toni whistled, high-lllloooowww. The call was answered, so to speak, by seven short conjurations. Six carried three stretchers, the seventh strode over to the to a spot where an ambulance could park and began tending to patients as they were brought to him. Some he could help, others he could only stabilize to await the paramedics. Toni winced as he saw how many he couldn't even do that much for.

Rose surveyed the area with a equating sense of melancholy as she realized she could only save so many civilians before tiring out, and was quickly driving herself into exhaustion as she dashed around the fields of rubble, begrudgingly stopping as she slumped against a fractured wall, head lowered, as she whispered.
"I can't...I can't." She simply repeats, barely registering the water bottle shoved into her grasp by a concerned EMT, who quickly moves to aid others, nodding in thanks to Toni and Setzer for their aid.

The bard sat down and started playing his lute again. This time there was a strange effect the music was affecting people wounds healing faster and people felt refreshed. His fingers continue the light play on the lute letting the song flow with ease and calming.

The Seven Diminutives responded well to the bard's music. Those recovering and carrying the wounded moved more quickly and surely, the mini-medic was able to heal more completely.
Toni went over to Rose. "Are you going to be all right?" he asked, concern evident on his face.
Setzer was not well suited to helping in this effort, so he settled for the next best thing. He walked over to the bard, and sat down next to him, purring, and pouring energy into the bard to replace what he was giving out to the others.

Rose nodded slowly, as she was reinvigorated by the bard's music, standing slowly as she recovers her energy, musing quietly.
"I'll be fine, there are more important thing then me right now, people need help."

[I]No, not more important. Just in greater need.[/i] But then, if helping those in need weren't so important to Rose, she wouldn't be the girl Toni had fallen in love with.

Rose works alongside Toni to help aid those she can via intangibly retrieving them or leading seperated relatives to their worried family members. When it becomes clear that they should leave and let superhuman medics take over their assumed duties, Rose pulls Toni and Setzer away from the disaster site and back to the quiet streets. Walking along, Rose places a slightly dirtied hand in Toni's before inquiring .
"So, what are you thinking? And are you alright, your not hurt, shaken? You know we could only save so many Toni?"

Toni smiled, but there was a bit of weariness behind that smile. "Yes, I'm all right, and yes, I am shaken. But I can handle shaken better than I can not-shaken. I look at it as the price I pay for trying. I hope I never get so used to it that it doesn't shake me."

Rose nods, the same weariness and sadness lacing her tone as she replies.
"Me too. I don't want to be used to being shocked, becoming desensitized to these kind of things. The second we do that, we raise the point of why bothering to help people, and I don't want to face the possibility of that."

"But tonight we can go to sleep knowing that we did our best, and think about how we might do better next time, hopefully without letting guilt deprive us of too much sleep." Toni turned to Setzer, and add, "And speaking of how we might to better next time, if you've got a spell that I can use to track where those weapons that guy summons or teleports or whatever go to when they go away, make teaching it to me a priority. I'd like to be able to arrange for something unfortunate to happen to his arsenal."
Setzer considered for a moment, then meowed in reply, to which Toni answered, "Oh, well. Guess we'll just have to research it."

Rose nods at that as they walk on, before replying with a smile.
"You know, hexes are a skill of mine, and if not needed I still have my Grimoire? We WILL catch this guy, Toni, we can do it." She then adds with a smile, as they approach her block.
"And all in all Toni, this was a wonderful and adrenaline filled first date, thank you." She displays her gratitude with a tender kiss.

She chuckles amidst the kiss , before pulling him back into another one before reluctantly heading towards her door, with him in hand as she sighs. "That would be lovely, perhaps a visit to the theatre, a nice dinner?" She suggests.

Rose smiled bright as she began to open up the door to her large Tudor style home with hints of cobblestone elements and cedar wood lining the property's effects. Taking a moment to hesitate in the doorway, caramel fingers tapping against the sliver curved doorknob, before rushing back pull Toni into a long and tender kiss to remind him that she had a lovely night and there was more to come.
Leaning down to affectionately rub Setzer, she reluctantly steps back into her doorway, and whispers before slowly closing the door.
"Night Toni."

"Good night, Rose," answered Toni. As the door closed, he turned and walked back to the sidewalk, and up the street towards the nearest bus stop. He got nearly half a block before the glow started showing under his footsteps, and almost a full block before he noticed that he was almost a foot in the air. Setzer smirked. It made sense, though. After all, a rainbow was just refracted sunlight... As Toni gained altitude, he heard the music in his head, and he sang, [Url=http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=iPUmE-tne5U][i]I'm walking on sunshine (woah oh!) And don't it feel good!"[/i][/Url]
He barely remembered to stop singing before he got home...
