I think we'd have to relocate the Freshman Applied Ultra-Physics class.

Nice. I would assume as esteemed an institution as Ephesus University would have a College of Magic? Paragon City University was a big part of Errant's fictional life, so I imagine that, if an alternate version of himself should find himself in Titan City, he might find his way to Ephesus University as well.

Ephesius University offers dual Majors in Technology and Magical Studies.

You might just call it A Clarke's Law Degree...

The thing that concerns me with this image is that the building seems kinda ... small.
Assuming 2 bays of windows per room and that the whole "center" of the building is used as lobby/room access/stairs/etc. that would essentially mean 2 (class)rooms per floor.
Alternatively, if the rooms are 1 per bay of windows with a crossing hallway "deeper" into the building for access, you wind up with 10 classrooms on the visible facade of the building, with presumably another 10 classrooms on the "far" side of the building mirroring this side.

Which would seem about right for an historic building dating back to the early 1900s, but which would be WAY TOO SMALL by current "modern day" population density standards for universities.
Fortunately, I'm assuming that this wouldn't be the ONLY building on campus.

The University of Texas at Austin has something similar going on, where there's a "six pack" of old historic limestone buildings on the South Mall that holds tiny classrooms built "way back in the day" which are nowhere near big enough to match the internal space needed for more modern university classes/labs/offices/etc. since they're basically a holdover from an earlier time on campus. Newer building constructions tend to be made out of brick and can go up to 14+ stories tall on the UT Austin campus, offering a LOT more space than the oldest buildings on campus.

My university had some of these too, had like 8 classrooms in some smaller buildings for higher level arts classes.

I assumed the the blue was a place holder. OR it's some sort of magical affliction.

There are two buildings on my campus that were part of the original campus. (that I was aware of) They both resemble this building immensely. Each of the classrooms are only just big enough for about 30 people in the "tiny college desks" But each building is much bigger than it looks from the outside. There are probably about 30 of those classrooms in each building.

The massive banners outside are excessive though. They need to go.
