Please read the current update for instructions on downloading the latest update. Players with Mac versions of the game will not be affected, but you will have a slightly longer wait for your version of the new maps. It looks like we can give everyone a list of minimum specs for running City of Titans. Please keep in mind that this is 'for now' until we are able to add more graphics and other system refinements. Currently you will need :
Windows 10 or later required; no Intel integrated graphics like UHD, must have AMD or NVIDIA card or discrete chipset with 4Gb or more of VRAM
At least 16GB of main DRAM.
These stats may change as we continue to test.

Both need work... couldn't get them how I really wanted.
Gave another pass at the skin tones and Hatching with SketchPro. Starting to really appreaciate it from an art perspective. Much better with hatching and coloring than PS alone, and I can see why a lot of people are using it over PS.

Just wanted to pop in and say hi! Not sure if I have time to try my hand at any of this stuff anymore, most of my art time is spent photoshopping movie posters together for my movie podcast. Great stuff so far and glad to see things hopping over here.

Flights, Tights, and Movie Nights
A little tip for the lines.
This is not for everyone but I do really like how it keeps the line work the same as what the artist did with it. Plus it allows you to edit the lines if need be without affecting the color work.
Step one. Open the pic with the lines, go to channels, drag the blue channel to new layer.
Step two. Invert the image, then hit the load channel as selection to get the marching ants.
Step three. Go to layers, add new layer, Fill with black, Ctrl D to remove the marching ants, go to BG layer fill with white.
Now you should be able to color above the BG layer and under the Lines layer.

Two images (hosted) and a Bunch of html code, Bobby. The forum software is able to use several forms of embedded coding, including html. It's also how CR and DD use non-standard smileys and text. There's supposed to be a command in here where you can control the display size of an image on the forums, while actually pointing to a much larger picture. The Problem with that is that everyone who views the forum post will have to load the 'full-sized' image, regardless of how large it appears in a browser. That [u]really[/u] slows stuff down.
So, the small-image with a link to the big-image method is preferred.

Nice finish... I see where you saw room for improvement... I'm always shy about altering pencils that aren't mine, cause I don't want to offend the original artist. But I like the direction you went with this, especially the hair... I think Dee Dee owes us a steak dinner.

tempted to stop right there) and even then most of them still exist they just became
blended into the skin tone (say hello to my little smudge-brush ).

added a few millimeters of hair up top and on the side and added some flyaway strands to break up the form,
and 2. the broken/dashed lines on either side of the nose which got lost in the hard shadows that follow where
the lines were.

There's also inking and laying down color flats as well, there's a lot of ways to participate and learn. For myself and many others here the art we do is a world away from what we were doing a few years ago, so much of it is practice and learning as much as you can from those around you. Anyone good at "animated" coloring (aka not as realistic but still with shading)?

I tried coloring on a background tab but even that looked foolish. So.. colorists.. wanna help a guy out? I need my avatar to sparkle, lol. (I have higher def versions if you text me an email).. moral of the story is.. I suck at coloring.

My off the top of my head answer is this...
To do proper coloring of any style... comic related that is.... you have to:
1) Set your INK layer on top to multiply.
2) Create a new layer under that for Background, fill with white, lock it.
3) In between those 2 layers, you need to flat each color. Flatting takes a while, and if you do it wrong, it shows.
4) Set a layer above your flat layer but under your inks and call this your render layer. This is where your serious coloring happens.
5) You can make separate layers for everything, but that just makes your file bigger, your computer slower.
If you're worried about messing up. Copy your render layer as you finish sections to separate layers, just in case you ruin something.
However it is a good rule of thumb to work on 1 layer. Yes you can be more exact, if you have the machine and time to handle it. It's good safety where your file is concerned, and it allows you a net for mistakes.
But the above is all you need. Did any of that make sense?

Strictly for my forum avatar's sake:
Kontrol is Asian with strikingly black hair (I don't know how to color hair black and still show its "shine" and form in line drawings). Her eyes are the same color (electric blue) as the diodes attached to her brain (not green).

IF I were to nitpick:
-The platforms are a solid construction (all grey two toned is so 90's)
-The Δ is always filled in with the same color as the rest of the fabric on the inside and out.
-Kontrol would never wear makeup so the pinking of the lip would be more subtle and fleshtone.
-The Diodes attached to her brain light up through her black hair and attach to the base of her skull where the hair gathers (With a glow effect) so you'd see them beyond the hairline.
Exterior Question:
This is not for this particular picture but in general. How do you guys show textures of fabrics? The Grey leg armor and abdominal armor are actually a hard polymer (like a hard but flexible shiny plastic.. not metallic but hard enough to deflect bullets) and the actual blue uniform is like a knitted shark skin scuba neoprene and the dark grey is Rubber embellishments. The jacket is just leather. . Texturing is as hard (or harder) than coloring.. so how do you guys make things like "silk" and "Leather" look like silk and leather?

Looks like DeeDee turned up the resolution on that picture. I can see that you reshaped both eyes, a little, and the breast-redistribution is subtle, but it looks... more realistic.
