Please read the current update for instructions on downloading the latest update. Players with Mac versions of the game will not be affected, but you will have a slightly longer wait for your version of the new maps. Please make a copy of your character folder before running the new update, just to make sure you don't lose any of your custom work.

It looks like we can give everyone a list of minimum specs for running City of Titans. Please keep in mind that this is 'for now' until we are able to add more graphics and other system refinements. Currently you will need :
Windows 10 or later required; no Intel integrated graphics like UHD, must have AMD or NVIDIA card or discrete chipset with 4Gb or more of VRAM
At least 16GB of main DRAM.
These stats may change as we continue to test.

To purchase your copy of the City of Titans Launcher, visit our store at https://store.missingworldsmedia.com/ A purchase of $50 or more will give you a link to download the Launcher for Windows or Mac based machines.

Aggro distance

I was wondering if it was possible to have variable aggro distances for mobs. For example, if you have a group of mobs that is out hunting supers or just causing general mayhem, then maybe their aggro is set to 50 yards, but if they are suppose to be breaking into a car or a building, or even the look out for a bank robbery, maybe it is set to 25 yards, so they don't draw attention to themselves so easily.

Along with that, will aggro be triggered by line of sight, or just distance from the mobs. For example, will you trigger aggro if you are within their aggro range, but around the corner of the building so they can't see you? I really can't remember if COH was line of sight or not, but it could make things a bit more interesting. Especially if you can crouch behind something in a mission to try and sneak past a group of mobs instead of charging in and bashing heads.

Earning aggro is based on distance in line of sight checking the Perception range (whochbis based on Awareness). There is a foreword Perception range and a rear Perception range which is shorter.

We can, if needed, increase the Perception range of certain NPCs (snipers for example).

There can also eventually be certain Super Sense Powers which can affect Perception.

We discissed different states of perception settings such as Alert or Relaxed but for now we are just using general Perception.

Time to fire your phone's Spell-checker, my friend.

Is there no function that

Is there no function that takes into account relative power levels? Or are you saying that player scaling is automatic to the threats in the area?

I like to take your ideas and supersize them. This isn't criticism, it is flattery. I come with nothing but good will and a spirit of team-building. If you take what I write any other way, that is probably just because I wasn't very clear.

The level lens does not apply to aggro.
