I just happen to come across a video for an online 3D Animation School,

And was curious if MWM had someone already with the know how? ;)

As a volunteer studio it

As a volunteer studio it seems that almost ALL the roles of game design are being semi-purposefully unmentioned. As the game is closer to release I'd expect press team to do a "Meet the Devs" type of thing once the devs have jobs and are not simply volunteers.

There's also some amount of

There's also some amount of expectation that team members might not be able to keep on the project indefinitely, and there's a "bus insurance" policy in place (i.e. set things up so we're not screwed if someone gets hit by a bus). Finally, I doubt there would be much credit for deliverables until they're actually delivered.

Everyone who has made it into the team have specific jobs in their respective department (some more than one). We did do a slight meet the devs during the kickstarter and you can see our roles in our sigs here. It has been mentioned here and there about doing more.

As of right now, we will continue to be volunteers until the game is out and profiting enough to pay a salary. So, yes, we are working for free on our spare time (we do have to make money somewhere) and I am pretty sure everyone intends to stick around to see that day. We expect to lose some here and there due to RL or burnout, but as was mentioned we do have bus insurance on almost every position.
