Regarding this update on the Home page, allow me to be the first to say thanks. I really look forward to hearing more details about the game itself, screenshots or no. Also very much like the idea of more Q&A sessions with various team members.
On the other hand, allow me to be the first among the many forumites who don't use Facebook and Twitter to express concern at being disenfranchised by any surveys being conducted through those media instead of via this web site or Kickstarter. :-(

Seconded. Nuff said
I don't get mad, I restructure the laws of quantum physics and resolve the situation with temporal engineering.
Any time I become impatient, I take a good look at the calendar first then realize two things 1) at this stage even a fully paid studio would not have much to say and 2) this is a volunteer based endeavor and real life can get in the way much easier than a paid position so I double or triple any imaginary timelines I have in my head. I try to tell myself to only check every 2 months but still check out the forums a couple times a week. I keep my impatience in check through these realizations and by hoping that once the game is in 'retail' format that you guys start to make profit and everyone involved gets a steady paycheck they deserve. I am really in love with the idea of a slow buildout over time and that you are keeping in mind the many fantastic ideas you would like to implement as you build a strong base to achieve them.
And as mentioned above, I'm yet another that does not use Facebook or Twitter.

Thanks for the feedback. And fear not, we won't be cutting the forum people out of our questions and surveys. Sorry, should probably have made that clearer in the update :)

Huh, if there were surveys on Twitter or FB I must have completely missed them or, possibly, have completely forgotten them in my current exhausted state! :p

This! Nicely put. Been busy of late myself and not been on the forums recently, but - as a veteran of the CoH forums - I'm very familiar with the way that honest concerns can be blown up exponentially into major issues by some folks. If that hadn't been commented so politely above then I'd have felt obnoxious (and tired) enough to give my rather blunter opinion. :D
