Make a note of what building it's hovering over, continue to the inn, and hope we can get a long rest in before - you should pardon the expression - the balloon goes up. ^_^

Depends if such things are common in the setting or not. In Eberron airships are pretty common, though the ship in the picture looks like a Spelljammer.
If the thing isn't common knowledge I'd ask to make an Arcana or History check to see if I could recognize the thing. Then depending on the results of that would depend on my character's next move.
Also what is this? A solo game? What's the rest of my party doing?
