I would say a fight between Rotten Luck and Solomon Grundy of the DC Universe would be a match. That is in Rotten Lucks normal state. Both are technically undead revenant or zombies. Both can't really die either.
Rotten Luck has more than one variation. He also has Lich state where he can summon other undead and cast dark magic but I rarely RP that variation. I much prefer the Street Justice/ Willpower/Energy mastery Brute setup from City of Heroes.
I don't know who would win or lose but the fight would be for a very long time given both are nearly unstoppable.

I have been thinking about this one for a couple days and it's actually a really good question. it's not that the idea behind White Peregrine is that he is "all powerful" just that the fact is when you have mentalists facing off against non-mentalists it can get a lil dicey. it really depends on the writer and the situation the hero is in.
now if I was to pit him against another mentalist type, Jean Grey would probably be the closest that I can think of in relative "power" and it being a 50/50 fight. although, WP's telepathic skills are a bit better than hers as she is more a telekinetic than mentalist, where WP is the opposite...more mentalist than telekinetic. if that makes sense. having said that though, Prof X would more than likely wipe the floor with WP in a mental minute... heh

How about the White Queen, Emma Frost? Telepath primary and Diamond hard defense secondary. But WP won't be punching her. This will be telepath vs telepath. and she was a Hellfire Club villain at one point. WP can fly. Emma on the other hand, is a stunning blond with very distracting cleavage....Even match?

I think Little Red Ragnarok's equal match foe (and ideal opponent) would have to be Fenrir - the one from Norse Myth or Marvel comics, take your pick.
