MMOs all have different systems set up for you to follow before you are allowed to create an SG. STO I think you have to be certain ranked, and subscribed for certain time and have been playing for certain time or something. Then I think you can start a charter. CoX I think you have to reach certain level then make a charter. TSW after you reach a certain social level you can automatically create one right from ya own menu. No charter or anything. Others have charter fees. Me personally, I never understood why I need to reach a certain level or need a charter to make a group. I always felt I should just be allowed to make it from the start not have a fee. Be nice if I could just make one when I get out of or skip the tutorial zone. Sometimes people just want to make a group for themselves and alts or just them and a friend. Why all these charters and fees and level requirement. And there should be a quick way of finding out where to go or how to even make a SG. Lot of the times I have to Google where the heck to go and what to do so that I can make a group.
