He made the site in 2013, I know CoT was originally supposed to launch in 2015 or something, but 6 years is a long time to hold a guild for a game that's not out.
Watchfire was also a guild in CoH. My human-form Kheldian was a member. OTOH the Legion of Catgirls is still going and I expect to join up in CoT.

I only met up with Watchfire once or twice in CoH, but played with some semi-regularly in CO until we all just kinda faded out there too.
As for the site, White Samurai just couldn't afford to keep it going, and only a few of us were regular posters.
I do occasionally talk to Alpha Dean and NuZion in other places.
