Starting with just the desire to learn and develop can go a long way.
I don't even play WoW but that was inspiring. I wish I could tell you some of the success stories I've seen come through the the doors Venture Capital and grow. I really believe in "growth with guidance". It's so sad to hear things about passionate, talented people unable to cover their payroll and spending on their credit cards.. its the kind of thing that makes me pull my hair out saying "there IS a better way.. stop collecting credit interest debt!"
In any case it's really inspiring to see passion and dedication to artistry really pay off. See kids, art DOES pay!
