I would like to see more flexibility in the layout of the interface in Titans than what CoX had. I really want more hotbars, individually linkable. Using the connect buttons such as for connecting the Insps and the enhancers to the 3 hotbar bundle, and, the mission window to the map window was a good start, but, not enough. Also, when sizing the UI for personal preference, there were times when the legibility suffered too much. Simple Icons with more contrast may be necessary for proper rendering when resizing, and, options for those with visual impairment and problems such as dyslexia...
I wanted to set up a pair of powers (attacks) with chat between, that was triggered by one hotbutton: [ "Take this!!" , activate first attack, "And This!!", activate second attack ] but, restrictions set up prevented. a setup like this for your favorite 2 attacks that goes into a special "shtic" hotbutton option (allowing longer text) would add a bit of flavor without letting the botters have a field day.
IIRC you could in fact do this, I can't remember the order but you activated one power and set the other as your auto attack which then activated.

I for one would be interested in skinning the GUI and selling skins in the game store. That way you might be able to custom it to your toon's theme better.

UI skins yes please.
Vines and leaves for my forest/plant type characters.
Wires and lights for my electrical characters.
Gears/servo's for my robots.
Fire/lava for fire.
Ice/Snow for frost
Stone/Wood for medieval
etc etc
Plus kinda like what the OP suggested allow me to add more trays but with set limits (1x1, 1x2, 2x1, ..., 10x1, 3x3, etc) and so I can Dock them together so I can drag them all around the screen.
