Starting a bit of RP in the Sewers! SEWER RUN!
So there is the Vril who up to hiring some thieves to break into the City's Evidence locker and retrieve some files. So would need some bad guys or at least morally gray types for that.
There is also going to be an assault somewhere so an open battle.
Then there the assault the good guys will have on the Vril Base in the sewers.
These are my goals for some fun RP!

I think I have the perfect Hero/Villain for this, this is the kind of stuff they would be involved in, Dennis Cain, for a hero aspect, or Marcus Cain for a Villains touch, I just need to figure out how to properly introduce them to the Roleplay.

For Marcus he could make contact with the Vril recruiter. NPC so you can Rp it out yourself. The only Vril characters that I will need to have direct control is Fred Gardner #4. Cybershot is technically not part of the Vril he is one of my Alts.

Glad I can be a villan again, I dont think I do it enough. Not to Mention Marcus Cain is actully my favorate of the two, dont have to be so serious.
He is actully inspired by, Ebon from Static Shock, Joker, and Thrax from Osmosis Jones.

1. The bad guys are spotted by the good guys, even if it's just a lost Vril trooper wandering in the sewer, and panic ensues, or
2. The bad guys jump to the next planning or execution phase of their plot, or
3. The GM throws in a complication from the Wandering Complications and Plot Twists Table (3.5).

Things Gunni has in her trailer:
1: The aforementioned security cameras, relays, and tablet.
2: A heavy water separation unit, that as a byproduct produces about 300 liters of distilled water with even lower heavy water content than normal.
3: A cold fusion power generator, providing about 3 KW more poker than the separation unit needs.
4: A household battery, as used with residential solar power systems, with alternator to convert to 110 v AC
5: Assorted plumbing and electrical supplies.
The last is for using the others, battery would be set up first, then the water, then the power. Don't drink the heavy water, that pipe will be marked as hazardous. Total setup time would be about 12 hours for Gunni. How much time she has before other things like V'ril interfere...

Alright We stage the fire in Phoenix Park. A nice wide open event with the surprise prize in the building for any rescuing heroes.
Was trying to set up a sewer run, but seem team good guy set up of three PCs and Scavengers family.

Well, like Scavenger, I don't know if Throbak is ready to be a hero. He only helped the first time because the Vril had taken shots at him during the base reactivation process and because he saw them attacking Scavenger and company.
So, for the Phoenix Park attack, I'm thinking that I'll bring in Liberty Girl. She'll break her invulnerable foot off in their fascist hindparts.

I think I might use Cybernautic for this. Or Glimmer since she is an assassin. Those 2 are both gray characters although Cybernautic is forced to work with heroes....
Cybernautic would use nanotechnology to fight (The power in the power datebase website is named ''Nanite Manipulation''). And Glimmer would use light manipulation for stealthy activities,
