[b]Strength:[/b] Faster and stronger than a normal human, but no exceptional super strength observed
[b]Matter Destruction:[/b] Her most potent ability. Cannot affect living matter. Range and volume have not been determined yet. Known manifestations: destruction of 12 suits of standard Tyrosine power armor, destruction of a steel reinforced concrete wall, destruction of six labs in building 6, destruction of experimental type IV robot. Black Falcon uses this ability to bypass standard security and move through walls floors and ceilings at speed.
[b]Stunning touch:[/b] Black Falcon's Matter Destruction power affects humans by stunning them into unconsciousness. She must touch her victim. Force fields provide only temporary protection, seeming to weaken and fail with repeated attacks.
[b]Armor:[/b] Naturally bullet proof. Black Falcon has not been tested with more powerful munitions. Security footage shows she shook off the electrical attack from a type four robot.
[b]History:[/b] Black Falcon was first seen in 2017 in Colorado. She appeared in late 2018 in Titan city. She fought crime and was no threat until December 2018 when she attacked a Tyrosine Corporation building. Multiple floors collapsed amid massive destruction causing the loss of six separate labs. The loss of research set back goals by two years.
Black Falcon has since assaulted 16 Tyrosine executives and carried out numerous illegal searches of company property. Agents in the media have tried to interview Black Falcon about Tyrosine, but have been met with only silence and a smirk. Agents planted in the hero community have also been unable to learn what she knows about Tyrosine.
[b]Resolution:[/b] Black Falcon is an unknown factor that seems to be focusing on Tyrosine Corporation. Why or how much she knows is a mystery.
Funds have been allocated for 3rd party agents to research her identity. Any trespass is to be met with deadly force. Additional funds are expected to be approved for termination by unaffiliated 3rd parties. Aether Pirates have a known grudge with Black Falcon and can be hired for the standard fee by the same third party agents. As usual, no ties will be traceable to Tyrosine.

[b]Senses:[/b] On several occasions, Edward was able to detect surveillance without equipment and evade, suggesting enhanced sensory abilities.
[b]Strength:[/b] Enhanced strength without increased weight. CCTV footage revealed apparent salvaging operation whereby Edward bent a piece of obstructing steel by hand.
[b]Mobility:[/b] Strength/weight ratio results in great leaps and grip strength allowing for quick scaling of buildings. Individual is difficult to track in urban environment. However, in an open field he could be easily surrounded.
[b]Armor:[/b] None, but has been witnessed dodging projectiles. Senses and mobility make direct attacks unlikely to succeed. However, lack of armor means he could be easily defeated by superior numbers. Do not engage alone.
[b]History:[/b] Edward appeared in late 2018 in Titan City with no prior record of existence. Name change likely. He has salvaged Tyrosine equipment from junk yards and attack sites. However, equipment was not official and so no legal action can be taken. Evo's physical mutations continue to accrue over time, suggesting self-augmentation. However, no record of higher education could be found. Survey of his living area revealed genetic lab equipment fabricated from scrap in an unknown configuration. Subject returned before full analysis could be completed. Surveillance crew still in recovery.
This individual has not attacked Tyrosine directly, and only harmed agents in self defense. His scavenging of off-books Tyrosine property, however, could result in loss of profit or patent exclusivity. Alternatively, if this individual has been rewriting his own genome reliably and without unwanted side-effects utilizing only basic equipment, he could prove invaluable as an employee.
[b]Resolution:[/b] Observe behaviors and activities, but do not engage. Analysis of personality and motivations reveal severe trust issues and disrespect of authority, which will make any recruitment efforts extremely difficult. Edward will need to be made to think recruitment was his idea. Various recruitment strategies currently being formulated. However, none as of yet have greater than 10% chance of success.
[b]Contingency a:[/b] If recruitment efforts fail, this individual could still produce technology Tyrosine would find valuable on his own, which could be recovered by force. However, augmentation trajectory indicates recovering equipment by force may prove unlikely if we delay too long.
