I realize the future is unknown and unknowable. I also realize that some or many are working without compensation. However, I am wondering a couple of things:
1. How is the progression going compared to what was expected/projected?
2. Are we there yet? I know, we're not there. I also know I should be patient. But, it's been 3 years. Is there a timeline for when we might expect an alpha release? next year, next decade?
A ball park guess plus or minus a year is all I'm asking for.

1) slower than hoped for, better than it could be.
2) We are hoping for later this year to have a ready playable demo, once we have that we can better estimate a testing schedule.

I have to point out that is potentially about a 4 year time-frame from inception to playable demo--WITH an engine change (UE3 to 4).
Most professional studios would be happy with that for the level of MMORPG MWM is shooting for.

At least two more months, need to nail down the performance optimization for the costume engine first, otherwise we will not know the limits for them.

To be clear - I'm not sad, mad or disappointed - just wanting to know when it's acceptable to be impatient.
And I would have no idea what the industry standard would be for an acceptable time-table. Given this is an unorthodox confederation of various volunteers with varying degrees of expertise, I know it would be a challenge to pin point - which is why I was shooting for a ball-park guess - and a pretty big ball-park, I'd say.
