Please read the current update for instructions on downloading the latest update. Players with Mac versions of the game will not be affected, but you will have a slightly longer wait for your version of the new maps. Please make a copy of your character folder before running the new update, just to make sure you don't lose any of your custom work.
It looks like we can give everyone a list of minimum specs for running City of Titans. Please keep in mind that this is 'for now' until we are able to add more graphics and other system refinements. Currently you will need :
Windows 10 or later required; no Intel integrated graphics like UHD, must have AMD or NVIDIA card or discrete chipset with 4Gb or more of VRAM
At least 16GB of main DRAM.
These stats may change as we continue to test.

If you still have access to the email you'd have used at the time, I recommend going to Kickstarter and try to recover your password. Or maybe even if you don't but can remember it. Then check the Phoenix Project/City of Titans page.

The final Kickstarter tables have been snapshotted; we won't see any Kickstarter email changes from here on out. (We [i]were[/i] telling people to get their Kickstarter accounts updated, right in the Announcements box, for the first half of this year and part of last year.)
If your email address on your Kickstarter account as of around last month is an address you control, you're good to go. Once you verify that address on our store, it'll ask you to claim your reward level. You can have multiple email addresses, but you can't use the same address on multiple accounts.
At this point, if your Kickstarter email address is one you no longer have access to, then you'll need to contact us via the Contact page on this site (click "CONTACT US" at the bottom of this page). Please provide:

[*]the current email address you'll use to register on the store,
[*]the email address Kickstarter had for you,
[*]your backer number (from the email Kickstarter sent you years ago), and
[*]your reward level

If you're missing any of these, send what you have; we'll try to figure it out, but it might have to wait.
Do [b]not[/b] send us your Kickstarter login information; that is a security breach, and is useless to us because we can't authenticate it.

I do still use the same email account and got control of it. It doesn't show up here with a K so I'm guessing I jumped in after the thing was over and didn't become a backer.
It could also be that you weren't around to make sure you got your K when they were handing them out. I'd check https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/missingworldsmedia/the-phoenix-project-city-of-titans/description and see if you're a backer there.
But if you did back it back then, then MWM will have the email you used, which you said should be the same one you have now, so they'll likely email you soon if you did back enough.
