Where is it located? Just poking around, someone said it is not a coastal city, but I can get heavy snow. that's a northern locale....do we have a state decided on yet?
what about the main newspaper? Does it have a name?

It is a costal city. It has a great big harbour and everything. And as far as i know it is located in Massachusetts.

Don't worry about being the newbie. Thankfully the tradition of being helpful to new people seems to have come to City of Titans as well. Now to bad I'm not helpful other people have already posted the links!

Personal rules of good roleplay

Just keep in mind, not all of those districts are for launch!
Just to refresh some memories (and inform some newer ones), the launch districts are:
North:
Alexandria
Victory Beach
Old Bradford
Downtown
Northeastern Research District
Aurora
Rhinehart Park
South:
Clarkstown
Highpoint
Ironport
Charleston
Liberty Harbor
Lotus Hills
All other districts shown are for expansion content, and all have plans of some form. You will likely see references to many of them, even before launch in the many updates to come (or in the already posted updates....), but we can only make so many available up front.
The map posted is from nearly a year ago, so there have been some changes (as is expected to happen during this wonderful time in development).
