Please read the current update for instructions on downloading the latest update. Players with Mac versions of the game will not be affected, but you will have a slightly longer wait for your version of the new maps. Please make a copy of your character folder before running the new update, just to make sure you don't lose any of your custom work.
It looks like we can give everyone a list of minimum specs for running City of Titans. Please keep in mind that this is 'for now' until we are able to add more graphics and other system refinements. Currently you will need :
Windows 10 or later required; no Intel integrated graphics like UHD, must have AMD or NVIDIA card or discrete chipset with 4Gb or more of VRAM
At least 16GB of main DRAM.

Despite her size and strength, Liberty Girl could be stealthy when she wanted, like this moment. She hopped over a wall between alleys and landed almost silently beside Maiden America. They quickly located the door and she tapped her comm twice, sending the agreed-upon signal to Fighting Patriot. Placing her left hand against the door, she then grabbed the knob and slowly began twisting it. The lock assembly broke after a few seconds and she deftly disassembled the lock, making sure to stop the knob on the other side from falling.
She looked back to Maiden America and nodded to signal her readiness.

Nodding, Maiden America immediately began to enter alongside Liberty Girl, slowly and stealthily making her way along the hallway within, awaiting FIghting Patriot's entry on the other side of the bar before daring to make a move, resigning to the shadows.

Both Maiden America and Liberty Girl manged to get inside without any detection. Seems the Agents were few in number and gathered around the empty bar. A rather imposing figure was sitting in a large round table facing the main door and seemed to be discussing something in private to an elderly man who was flanked by each side by two large men dressed in black suits. He was no doubt, the Agent officer who the group was tipped off about. "Look, my boys and me are risking a lot by staging these fake raids so you and your boys can sneak in and rob the place while we get a beating by the Capes. Not to mention what would happen if my own group finds out that we been doing business off the books for some extra spending money. I want a payment increase for me and my boys."
The elderly man simply chuckles "Oh we both well know that this isn't about money..." he leans in "You and your group have become addicted to my formula. I can see it in your eyes and your shaky hands that you have already used up all the batch I already given to you. What do I care if your genetic code has become unstable? You're replaceable."
"Give us another shipment old man!" the officer shouted as he jumped up from his seat and shot both bodyguards with his sidearm, his men quickly swarmed behind their leader. Each Agent member was armed with a ionic re-pulsar ray, which can put a serious hurt on even the toughest heroes. "We ain't playing around anymore doc! We're hurting real bad!"

Just then the door is kicked in by the red, white and blue bruiser himself. The elderly man laughs "My good patriot, it seems you have saved my life."
"Don't get use to it Chimera. Cause after I'm done wiping up the place with these schmucks, you're gonna wish they did kill you."
"Always with the quips...It is truly like the old days."
"Don't just stand there you idiots! Shot him!" the officer yelled yet they all hesitated before raising their rifles. Henchmen are always intimidated by a iconic costume and Patriot's is no exception. Pat knows this and exploits the time given by kicking a nearby table towards a section of the Agents before shielding himself with his shield from incoming fire. "Now!" he shouts the signal for the girls to join in.

Vanessa wastes no time in launching herself into the fray, rolling over the counter of the bar to grab a discarded pearing knife before throwing it with incredible accuracy at the guntoting hand on the leader, blocking the incoming shots her way with her impressive reflexes coupled with her white metallic armguards. Spying a weak link in their group, she rolls to the side to sweepkick a goon before kneeing him in an uppercut sending him into a table.
Seeing an opputunity to break their ranks and loose formation, she suddenly charges forward with staggering speed into a firing goon, bringing him down in a painful looking slam after flipping over him, as she flashes her hands immediately, two Smith and Wesson handguns liberated from his belt; one pointed in the direction of the elderly man, the other firing nonlethal rounds at the thugs not dealt with yet, and not occupied by Alexa or Patriot.
"This party is over, boys." She speaks for the first time in the altercation, coldly, and coolly, as she adds staring down the man she presumes is Chimera. "And we have a lot to talk about."

Before the attack, Alexa had moved around to a hallway that was opposite the door behind the bar that Maiden was waiting in. At Patriot's signal, she came charging down the hallway like a locomotive, her voice scaling up into a berserker yell. Three of the thugs looked over at her and just screamed. She slammed into the three of them and her momentum carried all of them across the room, where the three thugs crashed through a window that had been boarded up with plywood.
Alexa poked her head out the window to make sure that none of them were dead, then dove back into the fight. She had two more of the thugs in headlocks when Maiden America drew down on Chimera. Grinning, she smacked the thugs heads together and they dropped like sacks of potatoes.

The Agents were taken down easily with Alexa and Vanessa's assistance. The CO saw how to the two patriotic heroines managed to make his troops look like kindergarteners and tried to book it. He shot a few rounds into the large front window and dashed toward the opening. He was quickly stopped as Patriot stepped into and clothed lined the officer with his shield, the Agent officer took the full blunt of the blow which cased him to fly back and onto the floor with a loud THUD. Patriot press a button on his belt to alert the police of his location as he steps flanks Dr. Chimera's escape route. "Ok Chimera, you better start talking..."
"My, My Patriot. Since when do you have such lovely companions?" Chimera says as he looks up at Maiden America "You wear that costume exquisitely my dear, not even Betsy Ross could have made the stars and stripes look as well as it does on you."

Vanessa smirks, not leveling her handgun yet as she offers coolly, calmly.
"Thank you for the compliment, but given your past connections I don't think you reserve the right to talk about stars or stripes." She hopes to keep him talking as she anylyzes his movements, speech patterns.

"I might not be a US citizen my dear but I have helped your government in more ways then you costumed heroes ever could."
Patriot snaps at Chimera. "Can it Doc, only thing I want to hear from you is a full blown confession. We know you have been having trouble perfecting your beast serum on runaways and junkies. Game's up Chimera, the evidence we got on you has your dirty paws all over it."
Chimera laughed at Patriot's words, as he knows something he's not letting on until finally he looks up at the heroes and reveals "You are wrong with your judgement Patriot, it is more complicated than you know."

"What is it, competition, or a lack of more fit test subjects?"

Chimera looks up to Vanessa and waves his hand in dismissal, "Hardly, I am the leading mind in genetics so nothing is beyond my grasp. As for test subjects? They are way too many, seems your American Dream produces more burnouts and failures then it realizes." He laughs once more before adding in a rather don't you know manner "The problem lies in that those who hired me want the opposite effect. This I have to admit has not been easy."

Vanessa actually chuckles, a hollow and as Chimera would register mocking sound that is a cold as the glare she pierces him with her slate grey eyes.
"Our American Dream isn't dead or gone, simply changing, the status quo has flipped and the fact of the matter is that maybe your simply not who you used to be, Eugene" She smiles as she hopes to salt the wound further, as he allies would note her tone is sharp, grating.
"All I see is a washed up old man who can't seem to see that after nearly a century his day is passed, strut all you like 'Doctor'."

Liberty Girl stood by, trying to remain quiet. But it was getting hard because Chimera's cavalier attitude towards experimenting on people was pissing her off. The shriek of metal sounded nearby and she suddenly realized that she was holding a WASR-10 AKM that had been sitting on the table next to her. The tough Romanian gun-metal was no match for her strength and the weapon bent easily in her grasp.
Looking up at Chimera, she finished bending the rifle into a U-shape, then tossed it back onto the table.

Chimera seemed annoyed being called Eugene and even shifted in his seat a little out of discomfort. "Oh I will my dear for I am close to finishing my magnum opus. It will usher a new age for mankind. I have seen what they have promised and soon with my help, it would become reality."
"They? Who's they?" Patriot asked with a raised eyebrow.
"That would be telling old friend." he smirks and begins laughing, which quickly dies when Chimera reacted to Alexa throwing the pretzel rifle onto the table. At first he covered himself out of fear but slowly lowered his guard and seemed rather amazed at Alexa's and Vanessa's powers "Such strength and power...Yes...You two will do wonders! What is the source of your powers my dears?" Chimera seems excited like a child in a candy shop, his eyes wide open and a large grin from ear to ear.

Vanessa simply smirks, allowing her eyes to flash a rather mystifying red, white, and blue before speaking decisively.
"A girl has her secrets, as I'm sure you do as well Eugene." She states his name again, curious as to his reaction this time as she adds.
"And if you offer some information, perhaps I can offer some of my own?" She bargains.

"Oh yes! I'll tell you anything if you only satisfy my curiosity about your powers and where they come from." Chimera claps his hands in excitement "You ladies might hold the key within your genes to push the whole field 10 years ahead!"
Fighting Patriot leans in and whispers to Vanessa "I trust you in your skills but be careful in what you say to him. The man is as mad as he is insane."

Vanessa's face is impassive, as solid as her tone is soft in reply to Patriot's warning, only discernible by the trio's ears.
"I'll only ever let him know what he thinks he wants or needs." With that whispered, Vanessa states, facing Doctor Chimera without lowering her weapon an inch. "My powers are the result of a boon from a divine benefactor, take what you will from my statement." She hopes that this will open him up to more dialogue, as this answer is not yet fully closed.

Patriot nods at Vanessa to go through with her plan. He steps a side and watches Chimera closely, he knows it would be a matter of time till he tries a trick to escape.
Chimera frowns at the answer given "Tsk tsk...magic has always been an annoyance to replicate fully. Must bring in a wizard or magician for a consultant on such a matter." Chimera then stops muttering to himself and looks to Alexa "And how about you my dear?"

A war raged inside Alexa's mind as she weighed any possible dangers of telling Chimera about her powers versus learning his plans. She sighed. "Better get two magicians then, Doc." she said, looking down at the demented little man.

Chimera frown only deepened. He strokes his chin and begins to mumble far fetched equations to himself "Maybe the sum total can be divided by the unknown factor..."
"We're losing him." Patriot grabs Chimera by the shirt collar and shakes him a little "Doc! Snap out of it! Who you working for?!"
"Alright! That's enough hero..." The voice belonged that to a TCPD officer, a small squad of police followed behind him "We're take it from here."

Vanessa frowns at the rather sudden arrival of the officers, but promptly lays her gloved hand over Patriot's prying it from the man's collar and pushing him as gently as she could to the officers, warning them.
"Fine. But be warned, this man is dangerous, I recommend stasis tech." She advises, watching the leader officer's expression carefully.

Patriot lets Chimera fall back onto his seat as he releases his grip. "He's all yours officer.". a rookie officer handcuffs the doctor and escort him outside. Chimera looks back at the heroes and smiles.
The head officer looks at Vanessa and brushes her off "I have my orders. Mendez! You're in charge of securing the area till detectives arrive. I'll be escorting the prisoner." Mendez salutes at his superior as he leaves "Yes sir!" he then looks around the battle torn bar "You really did a number on this place and this coming from somebody who done St. Paddy day shifts. I guess I should be thanking you three for capturing these Agents and saving my fellow officers over at that skirmish. Consider this a thank you from the department, look around for any clues and take what you might need. I won't say nothing if you all don't. Hey! What should I call you three anyhow?"
Laying on the table where Chimera sat is a key to what appears to be to a warehouse.

Vanessa blinks at the name, before nodding her head in approval as Valentina approves over the comm, with enthusiasm that wouldn't be unheard by te others.
"SO we're the Freedom Guard now hermanos? That's AWESOME!" Vanessa simply sighs as she replies to the police officer. "I'm sorry about her, she's our AI, she has been acting a bit crazier than usual. Thank You for the warning, and we won't abuse this privilege." She assures, as Valentina replies comically.

Liberty Girl had to turn away in order to stifle the explosive laugh triggered by Valentina's reply. Once she had herself under control, she turned back. "Thanks for your help, officers. Stay safe out there."
Once the officers were gone, she walked over to the table and picked up the key. "Wonder what this key is for?" She tapped her comm. "Val, I'm sending you a picture of a key. Can you run an analysis and determine its origin?"

Valentina replied deftly as the sound of rapid typing was heard.
"On it hermana, and took the liberty of recording your conversation with the Doc too, just in case." Vanessa smiled as she heard that amidst accessing her own comm display, speaking quietly. "That's my girl."

The scans would indicate that the key belonged to Lucky Star warehouse #101. Further research would indicate that the warehouse was registered to a Mr. Jason Minos, a former Navy officer who's military history is completely classified, expect for the fact he enlisted in '83. It current shows that his under the employment of IGS or Inter-global Science as a security advisor. IGS is a international laboratory with multiple branches in every major scientific field. They are usually hired by major businesses and organizations to conduct research.
Patriot nods with a approval towards Vanessa and Alexa, "I was gonna say Fighting Patriot and his lovely ladies of liberty but that's a good name as any. I'm proud to be serving next to you two. Only meet you barely a day yet I can trust you to have my back them most people I have known a lifetime."

Vanessa nods at Patriot's words, and takes a moment to drop her stoic armor and smile amidst her reply.
"Likewise. I don't trust anyone easily, but I can honestly say that you two are within that handful, and that is a welcome feeling." That said, her expression returns it's aforementioned rigid status as she listens intently to the information Valentina relays.
"The key in question belongs to Lucky Star warehouse #101. Further reasearch my amadas registers it's ownership to a Seinor Jason Minos, a former naval officer currently under the employ of IGS. And if you thought your company was nice Madre, listen to this: it is an international labratory with branches in every major scientific field. If I was a betting girl, which Mom won't allow till 21, heifer, this guy could be Chimera's inside source or scientific supplier."
Vanessa, who quickly surpresses a chuckle replies deftly. "Noted Val, thank you, and excellent work." The smirk could be heard in her voice in her retort.
"Hey, it's the Latina fire in me Mom, do good, and break some legs for me guys!"

"So the dark clouds are beginning to form, no doubt a storm is heading our way..." Patriot says as he glances to the other team members "How should we approach this? Could be a trap for all we know."

Val decides to interject, as she offers. "You do have access to Victoriacore's security force, so pull a move he wouldn't expect....a SWATlIKe infiltration, go in James Bond style?"

"Absolutely not! I won't risk your men and women's lives on what could be a trap. No, I believe a commando raid with the three of us should be plenty enough to stop anything Chimera maybe planning. Have your force stay back and provide back-up." He nods at Vanessa "Have any explosives laying around? I want to light up that lab brighter then the 4th of July."

"Yes, it so happens that I do. And if needed I WILL have them on standby should we need the assistance, and we won't be blowing the lab before we can get a look at the tech he's using so we'll know what to look out for if he is not captured by our efforts, this time."

"Sounds like a plan to me." Patriot quips as he punches his palm, indicating his ready for action.
"I believe we should follow your orders for this mission Maiden. Your toys your rules." He smirks at her trying to ease some of the pressure off his companions. Patriot knows that in this line of work with mad science and ritual magic, one can't never be truely be prepared for the weird adventures that lay ahead. Only by being quick on your feet and reacting to the madness can a hero survive an encounter with the bizarre. Patriot admires both Vanessa and Alexa professionalism but this attack will cement to him if the ladies are prepared with whatever the future may hold in their battle vs tyranny.

Vanessa nodded in assent as she stated.
"Then a lone infiltration it is, though I am curious as to why Dr. Chimera would give us a key besides luring us into a trap. You've been enemies for a long time, has he done this before?"

"He's always been egoistical, leaving clues behind so I can be a lone witness to his creations as it were. He never did make it this easy though." Patriot pauses and rubs his chin, contemplating the situation the heroes have found themselves in. "Without a doubt its a trap but perhaps the good doctor is keeping his end of the bargain with you Maiden. He seemed awfully interested in you two."

"The.. ahem, good doctors interests aside, how much explosives are we going to need and how are we getting it to the warehouse?" Liberty Girl asked, the look on her face suggesting that she'd rather not discuss Dr. Chimera's interest in anything about her or American Maiden.

Vanessa takes a moment to ponder that, before remarking. "Not too many, they are high yield, three charges will do, they are compact, so each of us could carry one. I plan to use that as a diversion to cover our real entrance in the grates below the warehouse. And as for his interest, we will uncover why in due time, I imagine, though it bears more active investigation."

Patriot grabs one of the charges and was amazed by its design. It's lightweight and portability speaks volumes about the technology's effectiveness. "I like the plan. Let's hope we still have the element of surprise on our side."
Patriot's wounds are by now nearly healed, yet he's worried not for his own well being but of his new comrades. Vanessa and Alexa are nearly invincible and are excellent fighters, but Patriot's stomach turns on the uncertainty of what dastardly devices or partners Chimera has hidden in his lab. After countless years in the field, he pushes aside those feelings to the back of his mind and goes on with the task on hand.
Patriot tries to gather the group's attention with a speech, "We might not know what lies behind that warehouse, might be even a trap or a wild goose chase. But what I do know is that I'm standing in front of two finest heroines in Titan city, you two represent the very core of heroism. You decided to help me, a stranger with no questions asked and got involved with what might be a plot so twisted and dangerous that it makes any conspiracy look like a Sunday picnic. I thank you Vanessa and Alexa for signing on to fight for the defense of the free world. You two are the toughest and most efficient capes I ever worked with, also helps y'all are easy to look at." Cue laughter

"You're not so bad looking yourself, Fight." Liberty Girl said as she stepped past him to snag the other two explosive charges off the table, then turned to head back towards American Maiden. As she walked past Fighting Patriot again, she reached down and grabbed his ass, giving it a quick squeeze.

Vanessa blinks at the intimate gesture, her rigid posture eroding for a bit as the comradarie felt reminds her of her days before the spycraft and intrigue, her blooming days at the CIA. The days when she didn't question her every assignment as a field agent, every act of subversion or recon, before Columbia-
No! That was enough! She's interjecting her feelings into a mission, and that only leads to eventual disaster! But...she wasn't an agent anymore, her death, revival, and clandestine discharge through those acts ensured that. Did she still have to draw the line in the sand, to dare risk the lives of herself or others by forming needless connections? For once, she didn't have the answer, it showed in her slow, tentative answer, her voice a chilling warmth as her heart struggled and fluttered sickly like a flag in the wind.
"I share the sentiment, now can we mobilize?" The question is and now remains, what happened to her to force such detachment...and who is she now?

Patriot nearly jumps out of his skin as Alexa squeezed his tush, "Whoa, easy girl! Those are national treasures."
His joking manner quickly disappeared as Vanessa return the room's mood back into all business. Patriot knew she must have lost some friends during her CIA days for her to keep an emotional distance from the group. He all to well understands the pain it saves when a comrade dies in battle, patriot decides to give Vanessa her space for now. Patriot grabs his gear and nods toward the women "let's get this firework started."

Vanessa nodded and began to set the charges where desired with clear and decisive ease, standing sharply as three beeps from each device signal they are ready.
"Alright, charges are primed, we have roughly fifteen minutes, but it can be accelerated if need be. Let's see if there is anything of value Chimera desired for us to find, shall we?" With that, she takes off with the powerful air of poise and deadly grace with every step as she moves to allow them to gather their desired equipment.
Moving to a set table to begin to load her signature Smith and Wesson 645 handgun, Alexa and Patriot would note her guard seems almost down now after she allowed herself to display a bit of emotion. Perhaps through conversing they can draw out more?

Patriot notices Vanessa's guard drop and lets out a small smirk slip out, "We're getting to her...Good." he thinks to himself as he clips a bandolier on. The bandolier itself was loaded with enough explosive charge to open any steel vault Chimera might have, he also packed smoke pellets he eyed, as well as several caltrops.
Patriot frowns as he sees Vanessa load her pistol, "I hope that's for a last resort rather than your first."
