Spring Break!

Fresh green leaves on the trees, flowers in bloom, garden shows. Occasional rain.

Smaller, zone specific events

Smaller, zone specific events could be neat, as well. For example, if there is a zone with a high Indian population they could have a celebration of [url=http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Holi]Holi[/url] for a few days.
