Please read the current update for instructions on downloading the latest update. Players with Mac versions of the game will not be affected, but you will have a slightly longer wait for your version of the new maps. Please make a copy of your character folder before running the new update, just to make sure you don't lose any of your custom work.
It looks like we can give everyone a list of minimum specs for running City of Titans. Please keep in mind that this is 'for now' until we are able to add more graphics and other system refinements. Currently you will need :
Windows 10 or later required; no Intel integrated graphics like UHD, must have AMD or NVIDIA card or discrete chipset with 4Gb or more of VRAM
At least 16GB of main DRAM.

Usually a lot of Spider-Man like guys are brawlers with a little something extra. I find it's more of a personality and style than powerset.
Could always make them like, a mage or magic user. The idea of a magic Spider-Man os interesting, to me at least, possibly using various enchanted items to replicate stuff like super strength, durability, webs or other such restraints, wall crawling, ect. Mix that in with some sort of tertiary blasting or other utility magics and there you go. I might use this if you don't, or maybe even if you do.

Nice idea, but trying to avoid the whole spider-themed part.

If you are trying to avoice teh spider-themed part, what part of Spiderman are you trying to be inspired by? If you take away the spider-theme, there are many hero's that have strength and durability. Beyond those two powers, what would the hero have that Spiderman has that would need an alternative form/source?

It's really just about a feel of the character.
The simple way I find in describing my own main is Spider-Woman + X-23 with Rachel Grey's Phoenix Force. If I called for a theme, I'd say Fox Spirit.
Totally feel my main would work well with Spider-Man.
Do have your character enjoy being a hero though. One of the most important aspects of being Spider-Man like imo.
Spider-Man is usually pretty much bouncing between "I love being Spider-Man!" And "Being Spider-Man is ruining my life!!!"

The only idea I will take from Spider-Man is basically the personality, a costume with a mask with big eyes, that's basically it.

So a spiderman inspired character that has nothing to do with spiderman? . . . Ok, black panther or daredevil or black cat or . . .
Honestly, any strong, agile, semi durable character fits that mode.
I decided to give him basic power for a starter like generic superhuman strength, speed, agility, durability, stamina, and reflexes. But there are another power I could use.

So, is this character 'Super Sentai', or 'Daredevil', or Bruce Lee?

Then I have to reiterate the question of 'what parts' are inspiring? I have can no suggestions without knowing what I'm 'supporting'. Wise-cracking teen 'controller'? Generic spandex costume has no 'hook', but it's a reasonable choice.
So, no pseudo-science backstory is good. How does this character deal with badguys? Taze-em, Cuff-em, Hang them from a lamp-pole?

Go a bit speedster perhaps, with just some of the more basic power stunts.
A speedy person with wool socks, for extra static cling and zappitiness.
Maybe That's the character? Socks McGee? An 'anti-villain'? Wrap up the robbers in a scarf and stick them to walls?

How about someone who can absorb kinetic energy and then send it out. That could make it a new twist on the whole "kinda strong and kind of flexible" thing, He's kind of strong because he can absorb the punches that he takes and then send that force through a punch, and he's kind of flexible because he can also send absorbed kinetic energy out from his legs.

Wanted to use that but this character Scarlet Striker is all about punches and all that chunk.

OH! So this is a re-definition of Scarlet Striker?
I liked him as 'Teenage Kung Master with Energy Aura and Ziplines'. It might be more fun to have the energy-aura allow him to do things with Momentum, like action-movie wirework. His energy field might give him enhanced movement/strength/resistance. The energy field might be able to extend his reach, as Daredevil does with his Cane. Or, perhaps his energy-field allows him to manipulate rope? That might be the 'Spider' influence.
One of my characters does the 'Aikido Master and Kinetic Energy manipulation', using it to stop bullets and enhance punches, as well as turn a Fall into a Glide.

You might want to clarify what you are looking for exactly. I'm not really following you with the "Spider-man inspired" but not remotely close...
Are you looking for a power idea on top of the agile striker thing? How about something like Pain Enhancement? Basically, if you get hit, you retaliate with double the force (Rage Mastery?).

He can be called Lemur. They have big eyes.
They seem to have interesting personalities too.
Agile, social, and well-known for their exceptional jumping abilities. I think it could be a fun inspiration for a character.
I've stumbled uppon this unusual mammal on the internet, never seen that before. It's called a tenrec, it's close to a shrew or a hedgehog. Maybe you'll find it interesting for your design.
