Mr Easy is a Batman level villain. And he IS a villain.
1) he is bullet proof
2) he can summon a pair of guns that never run out of ammo...he can shoot any bullet from any gun no matter how ridiculous it may seem coming out of a pistol.
and anything for from endless machine gun bullets, to 50 cal, to shot gun shells.
3) He never runs out of ammo, The barrels never melt on him. there is never recoil or shell casings, and the bullets disappear after 10 minutes.
4) His guns are mental projections. they come and go as he wishes, If knocked unconscious, the guns disappear. He can never be disarmed.
5) He can summon up to six people from alternate dimensions. They look like they are from 40's gangster films. Male or female, they come with tommy guns that never run of of ammo either. His summoned thugs are slavishly loyal, willingly laying down their lives for him. When they die, their bodies disappear...so Mr Easy freely sacrifices them.
Mr Easy is living proof that power corrupts. Absolute power corrupts absolutely. He has no idea if they are real or not, and he doesn't care.

The last two frames are relevant here. What will reliably stop an ordinary .38 Special slug (about 250 m/s), almost stop a 9mm parabellum (about 365 m/s), and significantly slow down a .357 Magnum (about 425 m/s), might have no noticeable effect on a rifle round designed for big game or dinosaurs. And as for one designed for Supers...

Then she can test his resistance to high velocity jets of plasma... In short, he'd make a well-balanced nemesis for Tink. Or vice-versa. ^_^
