SG/ VG zones and projected # of characters?

I asked this earlier but I think in the wrong place.

So, 3 questions:
1. Will heroes and villians have seperate zones or intermingle?
2. Will SGs allow heroes and Villians or will they be seperate? (My vote would be combined groups)
3. How many characters are you guys planning on allowing per account?
