Servers and who can play

When talking with a friend of mine in Sweden, a question came to mind about City of Titans: Will I, an American, be able to play with someone overseas? Do you guys have the ability to host cross-national servers? I don't know how that stuff works, so forgive me if this sounds like a stupid question. XD I just remember being unable to play WoW with him because of restrictions like this.

Yes, a single mega-server. Multiple computers collaborating to present a single world. Your only barrier to playing together should be language and time.
