Hey City of Titans... My name's Dudesoft, Dudes, Duds, Jeff, J. S. Longstreet or HEY YOU!!!
I'm a small-time (but still published!) author and comic book artist, who just happened to [i]love[/i] Super Jumping through Atlas City...
While many of you (read: all) do not know me, I am going to endevour to change that. How, you ask? By doing what I do best! Character design!
Below will be a list of quetions. Simply fill those out, and I will draw your character to the best of my understanding.
To note, my style tends to be toony. Even when I'm being serious... Saturday Morning cartoons are just in my blood, what can I say?

Ok I usually do not do stuff like this but, I will give it a go, since it is sunday morning and I haven't made my breakfast yet (wife is still asleep I cannot function lol).
Name: Sea Man
Sex: Male
Character Description: 5' 10", blond hair, slight build
Uniform Description: Blue spandex with white sea foam highlites, has a cape that curiously enough looks like a ocean scene shower curtain from walmart.
Silly Super Powers: "launches" sea cucumbers from his hands which doesn't really hurt baddies but does make them flee due to the fact they are freaked out, travel ability is a sea turtle he calls Larry, which does great in water but, really awkward on land.
Try that it is more goofy than anything, heck if I could make this toon he would be my RP guy lol.
My villain, my hero you mean. I always think of my murderers as my heroes.
I love it!

Here's a quicky sketch of Sea Man. I tried using these french crayon things, but it was my first time with them, and the outcome is not the best.

3. Typical Superman Body type - Muscular, fit, heroic in stature. A shining model for all citizens, his body is at the peak of physical fitness.
4. A Skin-Tight spandex suit, all white (w/ blue streaks down the side), with a long red cape. Rather simple costume, to make his appearance recognizable to the young ones of the city.
5. Metapain can fly. He courageously flies in front of evil-doers, and with a big grin and a mighty 'Stop!', he takes out a piece of paper and gives himself a paper cut, squirming on the ground with immense pain, causing the villains great guilt, turning themselves in!
I will guide you in the night.

3. Thin, somewhat stooped from constantly doing the evil Mastermind cackle/rubbing hands together thing.
4. Something of a military-style uniform with a jacket with epaulets, twin rows of buttons, very retro. His helmet covers his face but his mouth is exposed for pontificating.
5. The Major is a Mastermind but in his effort to create the perfect minion army he's actually created the most dysfunctional group ever. He uses ninjas, robots, pirates, zombies, thugs, demons, windup toys...you name it. He often mixes them together so if he has a robot zombie ninja that fits.
I remember when Star Wars was cool...a long, long time ago...

3. Tall, broad shouldered, overly define bodybuilder type
4. Jean shorts cut off at the knees, skin-tight black tank top, elbow and knee pads, long hair, tassles around his arms, fingerless gloves, and be-tassled boots, and face paint
5. Batshits insane pro wrestler with no indoor voice granted unknown abilities, referred to as "THE DARK, ALL-PERVASIVE POWER OF THE PRESIDENT'S COUNCIL ON PHYSICAL FITNESS!" seems to include super strength, some invulnerability, and being able to German suplex a monster truck.
Uberkrieger is, as his name indicates for those who know a titch of German, my Ultimate Warrior pastiche. He's kind of developed into the Warrior meets Borderlands 2's Mr. Torgue.
EDIT: I hate my brain. >.<
I shut down the computer, used the restroom, and came up with a horrible quasi-German pun as well as a silly power to use. Essentially it'd be a Titan Weapon's equivalent, with a two-handed sword handled attached to an indestructible grand piano with a blade stuck to it making it somewhat looking like a meat cleaver.
Again, it's a horrible Quasi-German pun, with the world for piano, Klavier, looking and sounding a bit like Cleaver.

3. Think CoH clockwork built over a monsterous body frame... MONSTEROUS! A bit blitzcrank (league of legends) like but far predates that game. he looks scary and mean... but all he wants to do is help kids and make stuff.
4. His frame is built from various steel like metals in various stages of rusting. he has small exaust ports, compartments, and random small 'crafting arms' that come out from behind his armor plates
5. All the power of a super being... who prefers to sit on a bench and craft metal toys for kids.
