The search function didn't find a thread like this, so I thought I'd create a place where we can list our Quality of Life requests for the game. For those who didn't play CoX, this was a category of improvements the devs often worked on that was not directly part of any of the major subsystems like combat, costume creation, or the market (there are already separate threads for those things), but rather general features that might impact one, all, or none of these subsystems.

Some of the ones from CoX that I have been surprised to find missing from several other MMOs are:

[*]Ability for player to map Alt and Ctrl keys
[*]Ability for player to keep notes on other players/characters
[*]Ability for player to build macros and assign them to buttons
[*]Extensively configurable UI, including size, location, number of elements
[*]Global chat channels
[*]Event alert channels
[*]Player-created channels
[*]Various hide commands that allowed you to remain invisible (status-wise) to various groups of other players -- for those occasions when you wanted to get in a quick mish but didn't have enough time to talk

One that CoX didn't have, but I would very much have liked:
