Physical Appearance: 5'10, porcelain like skin, ice blue eyes, long pale blonde straight hair that hangs to her mid back.

Powers: Shiantar is from a long line of 'weather witches' powers passed down through the lineage, she has the power to manipulate the weather to some degree though has supreme dominance over water and ice. Shia can create ice walls, shoot icicle arrows, draw water from any source and thus manipulate the water in the air to assert her will upon the weather. These powers have been known to consume the bearer in her family history, driving them insane and into the darker side.

Backstory: Shiantar was born into a very wealthy family with her father being a highly successful business tycoon in Australia and her mother once being a doctor, her family was torn apart when her mother walked out when she was only 10 years old and disappearing until Shianatar sought her out.

This very fact causes her a lot of grief as she only sought her out to get some answers as to what was happening to her and how she could get some control over her powers. Her mother Krystal gave her what she required but in doing so, lost her shaky grasp of her own sanity and sunk into her power and into depravity.

Her mother became the Ice Queen- a powerful villainous sorceress responsible for the death of an entire country town.

Her story is dark and painful and everyday is a fight for her own sanity as her power grows.
