Real Name: Sandra Rose

History: Sandra was a normal citizen of Titan city. She always believed when there was real trouble a hero will come when trouble arrived. Then one day it happened she was grabbed by two thugs and dragged into an ally way. Like many comics and movies this was normally when a Hero showed up. She saw one run by the ally entrance as she called for help. The hero had a reason a bomb threat at a school, she didn't know that all she knew is she needed help and he passed her by.

Having been assaulted and left for dead she slipped into a coma. Waking up a month later she was scarred and suffering pain. Among her wounds she lost her right eye. She also soon found herself unemployed and on the edge of being evicted. Having no choice she turned to illegal drugs to ease her suffering. She soon found a drug dealer that dealt with a concoction that speed healing and reflexes. To pay for it she turned to robbery.

Like many drugs soon she needed more and more just to feel normal. She also became good at robbery getting enough funds to get a black market cybernetic eye replacement. Via a neuro-implant as well allowing her internet access as well as linked to a teleportation unit on her suit. She also uses holographic system to hide her identity and scars on her face.

Powers: Fast reflexes, fast healing, teleportation.
