Magic based light generation. Focusing device is a filigree decorated wand that shares a shape thickness of a sword hilt or a police baton. Can teleport through a light bridge method to anywhere a single source of light connects. Most effective used during the day. Preferred weapon forms to take is a bow and arrow.

Backstory:
IC: Luca is the nephew of the notorious criminal Enzo Giovanni. With most of the family's weatlth seized by Interpol and the FBI, Luca has become the most valued and envied member of the family with all wealth legitimately accounted and left untouched. He serves on a small council of magicians dedicated to maintain the balances when possible, or maintain stability while the balance shifts and settles.
OOC: character was originally 2 concepts since merged into one. I kept the name of one with the methods of the other. In CoT, this should be much easier to portray.
