How will the power slots look like (Anthing like COH)? Also, how many powers will one be able to obtain?

I'd say it's somewhat similar.
As for how many powers we'll get; IIRC enough to fill out our primary and secondary sets as well as a full tertiary one.
Plus one to five(?) travel powers.
