Our First Patch Notes!

While we figure out exactly how to make the sausage, we decided to release the patch notes for this upcoming update: Titan Create 0.3. We decided on that titling since the in game version (0.1.0.3) is a bit obscure. Keep in mind this is an early version so they're a bit condensed because there're a lot of fixes and known issues at the same time.
