Please read the current update for instructions on downloading the latest update. Players with Mac versions of the game will not be affected, but you will have a slightly longer wait for your version of the new maps. Please make a copy of your character folder before running the new update, just to make sure you don't lose any of your custom work.
It looks like we can give everyone a list of minimum specs for running City of Titans. Please keep in mind that this is 'for now' until we are able to add more graphics and other system refinements. Currently you will need :
Windows 10 or later required; no Intel integrated graphics like UHD, must have AMD or NVIDIA card or discrete chipset with 4Gb or more of VRAM
At least 16GB of main DRAM.

I like to laugh at things, but I'm running into the same problems that caused Jerry Seinfeld to no longer run comedy shows on colleges. PC has removed all sense of humor from many people. These forums are a great escape for me, I love them. Humor is just not PC anymore.

I made this thread because PC police have rained on a number of my other threads that were innocent humor. Most recently I was accused of supporting slavery over a simple joke. I made a sandwich joke and I was told to take a break from the board, not from a dev, but from self appointed PC police.

My point with that comment is that every decade is not perfect no matter how nostalgia tries to tell you otherwise. The 50s and 70s had a truckload of issues and to argue otherwise is incredibly ignorant and toxic.

Now, there is a purposeful level of irony here.
The term "Politically Correct" historically had another name: Being polite and showing respect for each other. Times change, attitudes change, and those unable to change with it find themselves left behind.
Does this change the past? Of course not. What it does is make us re-evaluate that past, to see how it relates to today. Some things carry forward fine, others are an embarrassment. At no point is anyone suggesting we bury the past. Instead, we must learn from it, and admit where something which previously was acceptable no longer is.
This is why companies such as Warner Brothers put this disclaimer at the start of material which, while acceptable in their era, no longer can be tolerated by society today.
