One of my college degrees is in music, and I haven't done much with it professionally, but I have a bunch of tools (Sibelius, etc.) that allow me to compose simple stuff, like zone changes, and I'm thinking of throwing some stuff up and seeing if you (the developers) like it.
I was wondering if run (and/or super-run, and/or walk) animations are going to follow a set footsteps-per-second (or steps-per-minute, which is how music is notated) pattern, or if it's going to vary by body size, character speed, etc.
It would be really fun (maybe even *rocking*) to compose to the footstep (or 3/2 or 2/3 of it, or whatever) so that it looks like we're running to the beat.
Any ideas on this front?
The speed of the footsteps will vary with movement speed, it won't be static.

Cool. That's really cool, so I can't complain :)
