Please read the current update for instructions on downloading the latest update. Players with Mac versions of the game will not be affected, but you will have a slightly longer wait for your version of the new maps. Please make a copy of your character folder before running the new update, just to make sure you don't lose any of your custom work.
It looks like we can give everyone a list of minimum specs for running City of Titans. Please keep in mind that this is 'for now' until we are able to add more graphics and other system refinements. Currently you will need :
Windows 10 or later required; no Intel integrated graphics like UHD, must have AMD or NVIDIA card or discrete chipset with 4Gb or more of VRAM
At least 16GB of main DRAM.
These stats may change as we continue to test.

Or, more importantly, which part of Titan City did you mean? I'm thinking Clarkstown or maybe Ironport, but they're in South Titan, and we're in North...Old Bradford, maybe?

If Sandman has any magical, psionic, or iron will type defense, this shouldn't affect him more than superficially, Hank's powers are very weak still. (What do you expect, he just got them! ^_^)

Given that the Sandman is about 300 years old alchemist. Some magical protection is highly possible, he did trap his brother's soul in a mirror (may or maynot been an accident). Alchemy from what I recall is something mixing Magic, Spirituality, and what we now call Chemistry.
Closet build for him CoH standards would be Radiation/Poison Corruptor. Maybe Psionic power in there somewhere. Primary crowd control power base various toxins and drugs. Even a few I been thinking of for A.I. foes!
Of course a Mastermind Thug/Poison would work as well. The Thugs in this case waiting outside the Bank would be his firepower.

To keep people from matching the frequency amd walking through, the frequency should keep changing. The pattern should be hard to spot. But seeing patterns is the heart of cryptanalysis, which [Font=lucida bright]AIko[/font] is very good at. ^_^

I would figure a force field would interfere with the transmission. Double so given the changing variables of the field as described.

Three things are needed for serious research into this matter:
1. A way to generate tachyons on command. If you can't do this, the rest is irrelevant.
2. A way to convince the tachyons to go the way you want them to. Tink's technique combines generating them headed in one direction and then bouncing them off of a force field for vectored thrust.
3. A way to detect the tachyons. The usual reason hypothetical particles remain hypothetical is because they don't easily interact with normal matter. But having a detector makes it a lot easier to assess your design. Tink's detector array is in [url=http://cityoftitans.com/comment/71595#comment-71595]a hangar at a certain airport seen in another thread[/url]. They've used it to keep track of the Gooney Bird in test flights as far away as the L-5 point (in the moon's orbit, but 60 degree back in that orbit. Like this, but backwards:

Short answers: Yes, and yes.
Point was it's very far away, as far as the Moon. Now if Zero Leader is taking them further...
Tink uses force fields to reflect them, it should be possible to make one that would scatter them, then there's the possibility of making decoys...
