This is my first time making something like this, please give me tips as to what I did wrong and what I can make better.

Known Limitations: Lumeattion is extremely prone to dark abilities, it being his polar opposite, he struggles against it.
Potential Threat Level: Medium
Physical Traits: Lumeattion is black, has white hair,and white eyes. He has a strong chin and a confident posture although he doesn't look muscular, he can make you struggle in hand to hand combat even against some of the most dangerous foes
Species Classification:Human
Costume/Equipment: Lumeattion wears a hooded, white seamed, light blue trench coat and slim fitted white dress pants;he doesn't wear shoes but instead wears wraps.
Personality: Most of the time Lumeattion is cracking jokes left and right, even while in battle. However, during battle he uses his jokes as an advantage either to distract or aggravate them causing them to be open and allowing Lu to strike. He is also very intelligent but is far from the smartest man in the world.
Interests: He is very interested in math and science and even plans on becoming an engineer to help his fellow heroes in the future. He was always interested in light.
Backstory: Growing up, David had always exceeded in his classes and went to a great college. And throughout his schooling years he had always been intrigued by light. It's speed, its function, just...light. So he made a lab where he conducted experiments to find the ins and outs of light. It took him nearly two years just to set up the lab. He was about to conduct his experiment but had been distracted from a scream he heard outside. The reactor he had in the lab set off a chemical reaction and had heated up and created a voluminous gathering of light. It exploded and light had been attracted to David's cooler body the fans in the room making him colder than the light that shrouded around his body. His skin had absorbed the light and David didn't feel a thing. Standing up after being blasted on the floor from the explosion, he had accidentally blasted light out of his hands. Shocked, he began to sweat and pace around the room wondering what was wrong with him. What had happened. Shortly after, he began to gather his thoughts. He remembered the screaming and had quickly gone outside to help whoever was in distress. It was a woman and she was being attacked her drunk husband. David tried to help by subduing the man but ended up nearly killing him,being new to his powers. He swore to himself that he would learn to properly use his power and had trained relentlessly to do so. He then dubbed himself Lumeattion(Illumination + Creation).
