I'm not sure what all the villain groups are that are planned, but I thought this would be an interesting idea for an occult type villain group. Since this game takes place in the New England area it only seems fitting that a villain group of cultists following the old ones would be around. You have cultists as well as the possibility for creepy creatures and demons at higher levels. There is a great mythos to pull from as well for ideas.
