Is there anywhere that I can find all the known Lore articles of the game thus far in an oh-so-helpful list, or easy to find location? Or do I just have to scroll through all of the news articles to find them?

ZombieMan ( I think was his name) ran a compilation of all the groups and origins, but he's MIA last I checked.

We are told the Devs have an internal Lore database, but it's not ready for public access.

I could use something like this for my writings. Right now I'm just pulling in COH groups as needed to fill the role until I get a better idea of an equivocal COT group.

Yeah, this is pretty much what I wanted it for; for integrating game lore into character lore.
As of yet, the best place to look is currently Winter's compilation of updates, found here: http://cityoftitans.com/forum/kickstarter-update-reference-list
Internally, we have a massive bible of our own, that is still growing. We are currently focused on mission writing, which I must say is quite fun, making everything come to life. Unfortunately, we can't release that to everyone...spoilers can be found EVERYWHERE in there....can't give you all that just yet, you have to experience it first!
We are still preparing updates to fill in some of the gaps for you, but that takes time.
